OK, found my picture and also a video of when Bentley was little and was in the PTPA while we ate and the cat was teasing him. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...n-img_0766.jpg |

Bentley was projected being 6.5 to 7 lb so I ordered the small. Projected 5 pounds for your girl, I would still say small. Extra small I would think would be a bit too small. His bed area is a bit crowded now, but he still uses it from time to time. Since he has the freedom to roam, it's not that big of a deal. When I first got it I was worried it was too big but he's grown into it. When he went last month to be neutered he weighed in at 7.1 pounds. And after the initial order of their pee pads I started getting other pads. PawTrax fits good in there, as well as a couple other brands. I just like PawTrax the best because the surface dries really quick so there's no little pee tracks on the floor. It seems no matter where on the pad he goes he just HAS to step in his pee. lol |
Small it is then! Thank you for the potty pad link too! I will get that kind from the start, I love recommendations, they are so helpful!:) I am excited for the puppy apartment. I hope so very much she doesn't cry too much initially, I live right in the city, and it's so hard when dogs are really noisy because neighbors always complain. |
Puppy Apartment! Okay I have no doubt a silly question? What is a puppy apartment and where do you get them? |

Puppy Apartment It's been a life saver. Bentley potties indoors using this. I still have the sleeping area in it but thinking of removing it because he really does not sleep in there anymore, just remove the divider and expand his bathroom lol. |
