Records? So did you see the parents and grandparents?
Did you get him from the breeder listed or the broker who sold your male's parents?
Either way, the breeder is USDA and sells to brokers and pet shops, so not great stock IMO.

I fel I'm a very responsible and reasonable person. If I had a problem, lp liver shunt and it was costly I would help out! My baby is my life and I can't stand the fact that my baby would suffer! If the new momma had a problem I would be right there! Contract or not!
I even had a neighbor once who's dog got hit and he passed away. Out of the kindness of my heart I gave them a puppy! I felt so bad for his kids! I'm not a bad person. I care very deeply for each and every one!!!

I never said she bought her dog at auction. I said the breeder who bred her male is on the "A" USDA list and the list that sells puppies to brokers and pet shops.
I also said the parents of her male were sold at auction. I never once suggested she bought her dog that way.
She is pointing out she knows the lines of her dogs and since you is making it known that she has puppies to sell, I think any potential buyers have the right to know what they are getting into, so they can do their research.

The lady listed on my papers is the one I visited and I did see grandparents and great grandparents. Thank you

Well I guess you got lucky to see the parents before they were sold by a broker at a dog auction.

I understand why your questioning this breeder, but your making assumptions and jumping to conclusions. How do you know for certain that the parents of her male were sold at auction??? Does it state that on her pedigree?

Your picking this breeder apart piece by piece in a very descriminating and kind of hostile fashion. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I havent seen where she advertised these puppies on YT.

Reese, why are you making that assumption??? Do you not understand that some counties require licensing to breed any amount of dogs? Like this breeder, I live in TX and my county is trying to pass laws requiring any and all dog breeders to have a breeding license. Is that going to mean that the entire county sells dogs to pet shops and auctions?? No. It will mean we follow the letter of the law.

Because I googled from the pedigree she has listed on her site. The information is out there and any potential buyers have a right to know what they might be getting into.
She isn't able to advertise them in the for sale section yet because of age. Her website is listed when she posts and she made it known in the birth announcements they are for sale. So I think it's obvious she's selling the puppies! They are advertised on ebay classifieds and Facebook!

Here n San Antonio we have to get a licence as a kennel as well. Even though I'm not a kennel. All my babies are in my home not kenneled and stay indoors at all times except for walk the master to go potty. LOL! I let them run wild in my back yard and play rough. They are well behaved and live a spoiled life! My hubby always complains that they get better care than my own skin family. But I tell him they are babies and can't say hey mom I'm hungry! So I assume and give them as much as possible all the time!

No where on the eBay classifieds or facebook I say they're t-cups! And on here I didn't actually say for sale yet. I said one or two were taken two were available. I haven't quite came out and advertised yet. But if someone asks I tell them the truth. I follow the posting rules.

Not to mention, I went and read her contract and I find it better than most that I have seen. She microchips, vaccinates, deworms, and offers 100% money back guarantee and on spay/neuter contract. Her dogs appear well cared for in her home and are socialized with people and other pets as seen in the video. She's already stated she has years of experience breeding dogs, knows her lines, has done testing, and hasnt had any issues. The point of one of her dogs being too small has already been stated and point taken.

I just hate to see a breeder on here get attacked and all based on assumptions from someone who has a score to settle. I understand YT is here to educate people and its all over YT on how to shop for a puppy, but is it really necessary to attack this breeder any further and accuse dogs in her pedigree of being sold at auction??

Sadly, that does appear to be the case here. It seems like many of the dogs, including the parents, in the sire's bloodline were auctioned off. :(

YT'ers are generally pretty good investigators. So, if someone doesn't want to be "found out" they shouldn't post on here. If there is anything wrong with a breeder, it will be exposed within a matter of a couple days.

Just because someone is USDA doesnt mean they are brokers or sell to pet shops. It doesnt always mean there a puppy mill either. Local laws may require the breeder have a USDA certificate. All I know is if my county passes a law requiring this, am I going to be accused of being a broker or a puppy mill on YT?? Are members of YT going to pick me apart because of my licensing and steer any puppy hunters away from me because of that piece of paper?

Let me get this straight..your pointing out that back in the pedigree's lines (not this breeder, but another) may have sold a dog at auction or a pet shop, but this breeder is being attacked for something she wasnt involved in or had anything to do with?

Okay, she cant go back in the past and change anything about the decisions prior breeders made in their lines. Is this breeder to blame? certainly not...she had no involvement or knowledge of that. Possibly the parents of her sire were sold under suspicious pretenses after she had already obtained her sire. She is not to blame here for that.

If you Google "Blevins Little Cash Yorkie", it's the first link that pulls up. It's a listing of all the dogs sold by that individual on that specific date.

No, she is NOT to blame for that. I don't see where anyone is trying to claim that she is responsible for the dogs being auctioned off. And it wasn't just "a" dog. It was multiple dogs, in the same auction from BOTH sides of the sire's pedigree. She may not have known that was the case at the time, but she does now. She IS responsible for what she does after being privy to that informaiton.

Would someone being justified in continuing to breed a dog from lines with LS or from a questionable background all because they didn't know the facts when they acquired the dog?

I think that is the point trying to be made here. It's just something to take into consideration.
