I'm going through the same with my pups. They are too cute for words to describe. Mine are just shy of 16 oz at 4 weeks. Your babies are so cute & tiny, I could just eat them up!! When I pet my babies, one ear will stand straight up haha.

Awwwwww, that sounds adorable! I love petting and playing with them. Today when I was taking pics little Dolly was trying to tear my hand apart with her gums! I was cracking up!

Also, my little male Harley has been spoken for just letting anyone who's interested know. His parents are the ones who named him Harley.

Lots-o and Dolly are very playful at 5 weeks. I don't ever remember my last litter being so out going at 5 weeks. At 6 weeks I remember they all were but at 5 I just don't think they were this active. Lots-o is the one that got Woody to be so outgoing!

Yes, it's loads of fun! I let them out often to play and then when it's time for them to go to bed they whine and cry. I feel so guilty but I can't let them get over stimulated. Boy, am I gonna miss them when they go home. At least I have them till the end of Oct. Or longer. :)

Am I reading correctly on your website that the females of your litters are 4.5 & 3.5lbs? Also that you have Youtube videos describing these puppies as "Micro T-Cup Yorkie purse puppies and that you have been breeding Micro T-cup babies for 15 years?? :confused:

Yes the moms are 4.5 and 3.5 lbs. I have been breeding for 15 years. I was breeding just Chihuahuas and when they retired I started breeding Yorkies.

Well since you are obviously interested in advertising your puppies here to potential buyers. They should be aware that you are breeding females that most reputable breeders consider way too small!
Also, advertising them as "micro T-cups" and purposely breeding for tinies are the red flags that most people on YT would tell people to steer clear of!

Well duely noted. Thanks for your info. But I have been breeding for so long and I have never had any problems with any of my babies. I will gladly give them their monies back if there is a problem. I keep in touch with them in every way possible. They get Christmas cards and Birthday cards from me as well. I have facebook and talk to them that way too. There are so many ways I communicate with them. I have never advertised them as micro t-cups on here either or my website. I just have it on youtube. That's it. My Chihuahua's were 6 lbs and the same size as my Yorkies that are 3.5 and 4.5 lbs. I like the size they are and I am comfortable with their sizes as is my vet. He would have told me hey hold on don't breed them but he didn't. My girls free whelp with out any problems and I have never missed out on a whelp. My Chihuahuas also free whelped. I have years of experience with them. And again I thank you. :)
Also if someone buys one from here from me well then they do. I will be there for them 24/7 and for the rest of my babies life. They will become a part of my extended family. I am not just selling my babies they get me for a life time. They don't just get a puppy and be done with me. I want to know if they move, where they move to, if they need help, if they need a free sitter, free grooming anything you name it I AM THERE!!!

It really doesn't matter if you do not advertise them here that way, I'm sure that is because you don't want people calling you out for it. You advertise them that way on Youtube & in classified ads which people have direct links to from your site!
I think you should consider yourself lucky that you haven't had problems with breeding dogs that small, especially since one of your dogs according to the pedigree you have listed comes from a breeder that is USDA and on the pet shop puppy report.

You are right about that. When people come here looking for information on how to judge the ethics of a breeder, usually the first things they are warned to avoid is people breeding extremely small females (under 5 lbs) and calling them "t-cups." :thumbdown If anyone were to come to me with the information that their vet said it was safe, then my advice would be for them to find a new vet pronto! :(

Wll I visited my breeder a couple of times and I also spoke with people who bought from her. No one ever complained. I brought him home and had him tested my vet says he's very healthy. As long as he's healthy I'm happy. I still stand behind my dogs 100%. I don't see too many breeders out there that do that. Most just give you a puppy and I give you your money. Maybe somebody wronged you I don't know. But I don't wrong my new families. I help them along the way and help to educate them. I haven't sold one puppy with breeding rights either. They've all gone to their homes on spay neuter contracts. Thank you and have a nice day.

Good point! A vet doesn't necessarily know anything about breeding, especially tiny Yorkies and that's bad advice IMO!

Instead of telling me stuff you guys need to go out and complain about the non healthy standard size Yorkies as well. Mine come from small lines and I know what to expect. I love my vet and he's been there for me when I had my Chihuahuas. So no I'm not going to run from him. Like I said my Yorkies are the same size as my 6 lb Chihuahuas were. I looked at 6 lb Yorkies and my gosh they were huge! I sized one up to my 20lb Pug. IMO he's big. I'm used to small dogs and I'm going to keep small ones.

That's because the ratio of people looking to make a quick buck vs reputable breeders is at an all time high due to the current popularity of this breed. Reputable breeders will ALWAYS stand behind their dogs--that's part of what makes them good breeders. You just have to weed through the bad to find the good, but they ARE out there.

How well do you know your lines? It took me minutes to look up the pedigree of the male you are talking about. The breeder you got him from is USDA "A" and sells to pet shops and brokers. Maybe you bought him from the broker that sold your males parents at auction??
I would complain about any breeder who is selling unhealthy dogs of any size.
6lbs is huge? The Yorkie standard is not to exceed 7lbs. If you don't like the Yorkie standard, it begs the question as to why you are breeding Yorkies instead of sticking with chihuahuas!
Trying to breed down the size of Yorkies seems like you are asking for trouble down the road, especially if your Yorkies are coming from questionable beginnings!
I'm glad to hear you don't sell your puppies on full registration and it's all well and good that you will refund money, but that doesn't change the fact you are breeding dogs that are very tiny!

I also wanted to say with all the "exclusions" on your guarantee, I'm not sure how anyone would actually ever qualify for the refund you keep mentioning. Since you seem to exclude almost everything.
Also, do you think a buyer whose puppy died will ship the dead dog back to you, seriously?

Members here are not opposed to questioning ANY breeders that exhibit what seem to be questionable practices...be it breeding non-standard dogs, extremely small moms, dogs with genetic based disorders, mixed breeds, breeders who are USDA licensed, shady sales agreements, breeding without educating themselves on the process first, etc. It happens all the time.

I always hate to see that pups are only guaranteed against 'life threatening' disorders. There are so many issues that are genetic, like LP, that are not life threatening but still painstaking, expensive and heartbreaking to deal with. And in this case, life threatening AND non-treatable? :confused: Liver Shunt can sometimes be treatable with surgery, but contractually, that would be the new owner's responsibility? :confused: And if the stock is coming from USDA/pet shop stock...who knows what lurks in the background. :(

Eh, but those are just MY own concerns. What other people make of them are up to them, but they are factors that should always be considered.

I find that hard to believe as I have read the contracts for many of the breeders on this site. Either way, shouldn't the goal of one's contract be 'doing what's right' rather than just 'doing what's comparable to everyone else?' Just a thought...

Just because a breeder on the pedigree is USDA doesnt mean she picked up her dogs at a pet shop or from a broker. How can you honestly suggest her dogs were obtained at auction? Your making assumptions that your not entirely certain about. Some counties require all breeders to have certain licenses. I think its safe to assume that you dont know the local laws of each previous breeder on the pedigree.
