Sorry guys...I am behind on posting pictures. There's been more that has happened since the last picture that I shared. We sadly lost another puppy....we said goodbye to our precious Strawberry and boy has it been tough. With her being a preemie, her heart was just not strong enough. Our first litter has been full of stress and so many tears, but I am thankful that S'mores is doing well. He is 17 days old today and weighs 12.9oz. (birth weight was 2.5oz.). His eyes started opening yesterday and are still trying to open some today. We are so in love with him and know how lucky we are to still have this adorable little bundle.

These pictures are from yesterday, except for the one with Strawberry...that one was from the last morning that she was still alive. She ADORED her brother (and he loved her, too). She was so weak but still managed to crawl to S'mores for one last snuggle. I am glad that I have this special picture of them together.

(Forgot to mention...we remaned Tate. We decided to call him S'mores because that is what his coloring looks like.)

I'm so sorry you had such a terrible experience with your first litter. I know Strawberry was a very special little girl to you and your family and she will always have a place in your hearts. I'm glad S'more is doing well, he's a beautiful boy (like his momma and pappa) and he looks strong and healthy. How's Livi doing, I bet she's a great mother.

Aww Tammy, I am so very sorry to hear about sweet little Strawberry.

I know how easy it is to fall in love with them "at first sight" and to lose them any time after that is just so sad.

S'mores is so sweet.......just like his name!

It sounds like he is growing up strong....he will bring you and your family so much joy in the months (and years...are you keeping him) to come. Hugs to you and your family for all you've been through and for Livi & S'mores too.
