Introducing, Dee's Lil' Monday Surprise! She is two weeks old today and now we have eyes.

they weren't open yesterday when I took the pictures. i think she looks like a little angelbut I am partial!!!!

thank you. yes, she is a singleton. 5.6 ounces at birth and 13.6 now at two weeks. i think she is going to be a big one!!!!!!

Dee, congratulations on your new little one! I remember reading somewhere that you mentioned something about having a surprise puppy. I'm glad to finally meet her.
She may not get so big; Lexie's pups were about that size at 2 weeks and I know for certain that her two girls grew up to be just in the 5 lb range. Regardless, being one of your pups, I'm sure that Lil' Monday Surprise will be beautiful! Keep the updated pics coming please.

Aw how precious. When they sleep like that my daughter thinks they look like rolly polly bug. So little and cute. Congratulations.

She is cute.. I always so hate thinking of a singleton being all alone all the time.. when I lost three of my litter last spring.. my heart hurt for annabella being alone once kandie was not in with her so much...even bought her a beating heart teddie...

aww soo cute!

1 baby is sooo much easier well it was in our experience although we never placed the puppy .. just could not bring ourselves to do it and she is now our much loved Maisey

Thanks everyone. Not quite sure if I will keep this one or not. I think she will be a nice size for my breeding program or the show ring if she turns out well. Yes, it is a lot easier having just one puppy. My girls have always had five each time. I haven't had puppies for about a year so this takes some getting used to again and Yes, Rose, she was quite the surprise.
