Introducing, Dee's Lil' Monday Surprise! She is two weeks old today and now we have eyes.:) they weren't open yesterday when I took the pictures. i think she looks like a little angelbut I am partial!!!!;)

thank you. yes, she is a singleton. 5.6 ounces at birth and 13.6 now at two weeks. i think she is going to be a big one!!!!!!:)

Dee, congratulations on your new little one! I remember reading somewhere that you mentioned something about having a surprise puppy. I'm glad to finally meet her.
She may not get so big; Lexie's pups were about that size at 2 weeks and I know for certain that her two girls grew up to be just in the 5 lb range. Regardless, being one of your pups, I'm sure that Lil' Monday Surprise will be beautiful! Keep the updated pics coming please.:)

She is cute.. I always so hate thinking of a singleton being all alone all the time.. when I lost three of my litter last spring.. my heart hurt for annabella being alone once kandie was not in with her so much...even bought her a beating heart teddie...

aww soo cute!

1 baby is sooo much easier well it was in our experience although we never placed the puppy .. just could not bring ourselves to do it and she is now our much loved Maisey :)

Thanks everyone. Not quite sure if I will keep this one or not. I think she will be a nice size for my breeding program or the show ring if she turns out well. Yes, it is a lot easier having just one puppy. My girls have always had five each time. I haven't had puppies for about a year so this takes some getting used to again and Yes, Rose, she was quite the surprise.;)

Thanks everyone. yes Sue, it is going to be hard not to keep her especially since this "might" be Ceeby's last babies. I am thinking about having him neutered but really hate to because he has thrown some awesome puppies. She is toddling around now and is just the cutest thing.:)

monday is three weeks old now. I just took some pictures to put on my website and thought I would share here. She is walking all over her crate and already weighs one pound!!!!!!!!

Congrats!! She is a cutie!!!! We were expecting a singleton, as for x-ray did not show any puppies!! Have you decided to keep her?

Thanks! I think I have decided to let her go since I can make the same cross again with the parents. I have two more litters due the end of June.
