 Congratulations, Linda & Star!! Little Chloe is precious. What a wonderful surprise ... she is definitely a gift from God! :) Star knew her Mom was busy so figured she would just do this all on her own!! Thank you so much for sharing and letting us watch her grow! |
AWWWW Linda! how GREAT! I am fortunate enough to have one of Linda's babies! My Hope is the most special little girl in the world! I thank Linda everytime I get sweet puppy kisses... Hope sends good wishes to her SISSY and new "neice"... how special she will be.... I WANT a new baby! lol.... Good Luck Linda! |
Did I read that right? Your girl is only 3 lbs and was allowed to be bred?? I am very glad she is OK Best of luck to the mommy and I bet you are surprised she didn't have to have a CSection. Deana Prestigeous |

C section? Heck, I didn't even know she was pregnant. This is her second litter. |
One Day Old 4 Attachment(s) Well, we've made it through the first 24 hours. Chloe is sucking away and Star is being the perfect mommy. |

1 Attachment(s) I had to find this picture. Roxie is still nursing Joey but Star had to get a drink too...................I wish I could have got a picture when Star looked up. Her expression was priceless, like "I wasn't doing anything!" The picture was taken August 10th and Star gave birth to Chloe on August 29th. For those who don't know, Star is from my Reggie's (R.I.P) last litter. Reggie died suddenly 8 days after the girls were born. I hand fed them and then the good Lord stepped in and Roxie got milk and helped me care for the 5 baby girls, Love (now Little Regi because she is so much like her mama), Faith, Hope, Charity (now known as Destiny) and Star, whom I thought I had sold three times but it didn't work out and we decided it was fate so we kept her. These girls are our miracle babies. |

Reggie lives on with all the girls and then some. Destiny has a different personality but her son Buster reminds me of Reggie. He barks at anything and loves smiling and belly rubs and of course getting into all sort of trouble, lol. |
Awww Star and baby both look adorable. Im so glad you was home when she had her, wow what a Surprise. Id be so afraid to breed a 3 lb dog. Im so glad their both doing good!!! |
So cute the new pictures.. how sweet! Thanks for keeping us all posted... a little miracle baby, she must be destined for GREAT things~! :D:p;) |
Oh goodness what an amazing story. So happy Star and baby are doing well. I could see why she did not look pregnant with just one. Star looks like a wonderful mom ! :congrats: |
Congrats Star & Chloe |
Just as Sweet as they Come! 1 Attachment(s) Chloe sure is getting big at almost 2 weeks old. She certainly is content..........big fat belly since she doesn't have to share milk. Can't wait for her eyes to open. |
Oh she is really really cute. and yes a pork chop too. |
Sunday evening, just as I settled in to watch the Cleveland Browns vs Pittsburgh Steelers, the kick off........ball in the air............NO ELECTRIC!!!!!!! We got hit with remnants of Ike. That was only the beginning. It was 10pm Tuesday before we got our electric restored. What was really frustrating, the homes across the alley got their electric back fairly quickly. I had to work both Monday and Tuesday. Monday wasn't bad but Tuesday my hair was a disaster. Anyway, last night I got to see Chloe......with her eyes open!!!!! What a sweetie pie. You will have to wait on pictures as the batteries for my camera needed recharged. There are people just down the street in the next block who still don't have electric. I'm very thankful for the nice hot shower this morning. I felt so good I didn't want to get out. Amazing how little things can excite us. |
I have a female that I think should be pregnant, I know they tied 3 times between days 10 and 15, but she is not shoping any signs at all. She would be due on the 15th of Oct. This would be her first litter and she is a bigger girl, so I am hoping that maybe she is and she just isn't showing yet. But anyway this thread gives me hope. |

My little girl Peaches tied on August 11th and 13th. She is due around October 10th. She has been showing for about 3 weeks now, but she was only 4 pounds, last week she had a vet checkup and she was already 5 pounds 3 oz. Hope this helps and I hope all goes great for you. I'm a nervous wreck - this will be my first litter, I just got all the whelping supplies today and yesterday. Whew! I'm worried that she'll have a large litter since she's so big already. We'll be going back to the vet soon so he can check her out to be sure she'll be okay to have them naturally. |
Your lil furbaby is beautiful:woof: My Girl Tied July 31st and Aug 2nd Shes Due On Oct 2nd she was 7.5 lbs 5 days ago she was 10lbs she had an ultrasound at 43 days they think she has 3 furbabies. We go for an ultrasound on Fri which will make her 57 days. Im so excited cant wait:D |
