				   | When it comes time to get rid of your puppies, how do you have the heart to do it? I am quickly falling in love with my Lily's puppies. They are 4 weeks old and getting funner (?) every day. I know I need to start advertising soon. We have had several "word of mouth" contacts but haven't got too serious yet. I just know I'm going to be crushed when they go. Does anyone have any advise on how I can part with them easily? My boys will need some help too.

				   | I agree, there is no easy way. I did keep one of litter, and I'm so glad I did.....the others went to close relatives so yes, I can keep in contact and watch them grow.

				   | I wish I could keep them. I'm afraid that if I did, my husband would file for divorce I'm hoping some of my family members will decide they would like one. They are so fun and have such different personalities. Tater loves to play and wander, while Tot is loving. He gives lots of kisses and makes a raccoon sound when he plays. Its adorable.

				   | It's gotta be hard to give them up. But just think you're making someone as happy as you were when you first got your yorkie (s). SCREEN the homes!! |

				   | I know you have to get close to them and bond. Its long hard weeks of raising them and caring for them. Seeing them grow and then have to part. You just have to go into this with the ideal you aren't going to keep them. Make sure who you sell to and that they will be really good to them and I think you will feel better about it. Knowing they have a good home and one that will make them happy. Good Luck. Maybe you could just keep one.

				   | Oh my Gosh!! I am in the same boat. My pups are only 1 week old. Even though their eyes are not open yet they are just too cute. They are starting to craw more now. Everyone in our family spend time with them. They are cute and chunky... I keep a weighing chart and they are definitely eating!! |

				   | It's NEVER easy!!! Although when you talk with the new parents and hear all the excitement they have for their baby AND when they talk with you later after they took them home...it's just ALL worth it!!!

				   | It is always so hard for me to let the puppies go. The first time I sold a puppy, I had so many tears in my eyes that the new owner ask me if I prefer her to chose one of the other puppies. lol . finally, I decided to keep one little girl. Ask for feedback and pictures. Most people fallow up. It's great to see them all grow up. Maybe you can keep them both! Yorkies are like chips...once you have one... you always want more... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
