The Baby boy and baby Girl I'm caring for
 

Id like to start a thread in the Baby Nursery on to little sweeties that Im caring for, They are from a litter of 4 ........3 girls and 1 boy. A lady in town is letting me care for two of them because she has no time for the feeding every two hours being a teacher and a mom of two little boys. The momma to these babies are missing. She was let out to potty and some one took her, I feel so sorry for that mommy baby, how she must feel with out her Family and babies. A breeder in town is taking care of the two bigger girls one will be hers for use of her stud and the other she is planning on buying.

Today was our first day caring for these babys. The little boy had a bad night low sugar and The lady woke up to a stiff cold pup, she was able to warm him and bring him around and then brought them to me. They are adorable, I hope I can keep them both going and and we can use some prayers for them plus for the mommy to be returned to her babies.

They turned 3 weeks today
well being its now 2:57 am I guess it was yeasterday.
Todays weight
Boy 12 3/4 oz (He was the one that had turned cold )
Girl 13 3/4 oz

So far they are doing good. and me and Hubby are loving the puppy Breath.

This is so sad, and I just cannot imagine someone stealing the Mother, but there are plenty of weirdos out there.

Lots of prayers coming your way to keep them safe and healthy. They are so helpless at this age.

Oh my they are PRECIOUS!! I hope you get to keep them both!! Keep up updated!!

I'm so very sorry to hear that the mommy to these babies has been taken. How cruel of whoever did that and I sure hope that lady puts up flyers in every place possible, including Vet. offices. She should call ALL the surrounding Vet. offices and alert them of this situation.
Just keep these babies warm even if you have to put an electric blanket under and over their box or crate or what ever you have them in. Have Nutri-Cal on hand as well. Bless you for helping out like this.

Yes shes ran ads in the paper each week and it is on channel 3 tv station and her vets know and shes done flyers. She shouldnt of let the mother out to potty by herself anyways. I hear her yards not fenced in and she lives close to the road. But I feel so sorry for the mommy, I wish i could find her.

Update.

Well The babies are doing so good,The little boy is now over the weight of the little girl when she came here and the little girl is a lot bigger .. Before they would not cry not even when hungry, they would just lay there. now they are crying and crawling out their box every three hours lol. Im feeding them every three hours now because they are eating more and staying fuller longer.And when they see me coming they run to me, so cute. I was looking at the little boy I told Hubby he sure reminds me of Mickey alot. and I got to thinking maybe their related. so today I called Mickeys breeder and asked what stud of hers was used to breed with these pups mom. she said no they are not related. I said well I thought for sure they was because The little boy looks so much like Mickey in the face. she said who was Mickeys dad I said Lucky O LuckyCharm, she said oh My gosh your right thats the same dad. So these are Mickeys little half brothers and sisters. awwww.

Oh I almost forgot. Minnie and Mickey love me again. they are over it. lol They still dont want to be around the pups , but when I get the pups out They both go up to them and smell them. I tried to get a pic of Minnie and the baby boy nose to nose, but Minnie ran under the couch before I got the camera out. lol

Boy weighs 14 1/4 oz
Girl weighs 14 5/8 oz

:( Awwww, what an angel you are to be caring for these little puppies!! I will pray for them to be healthy and for their mom to be found, how awful to have lost her, very sad.

Those pics are so cute....glad they are gaining and doing well....so sad about the mommy though...no new news yet? How evil for someone to do that...I'm sure they could tell she had just given birth!!!!!!!!:mad:

Well they started crawling out of their little box, so we had to set up a playpen and puy the box in it, these pictures show just how little they are, the other pictures were close ups,
They lady called me today still no word on the momma.
this is the first shes called to check on the babys. shes been so busy.
I told her were going to need more goats milk they are going through the cans so fast now.
Boys now weighs 15 1/8 oz
Girl now weighs 15 3/4
They are both gaining good and started to play . They will take the edge of the blanket in their mouth and shake their heads. lol and they paw at each other playing a lot. Its so cute, Id love to call them some thing other then baby boy and Baby girl, but their not mine to name and If I name them while their here, Im afraid ill get even more attached. Im sure going to miss them when they leave.

They are so adorable, You are such an angel for taking care of them:thumbup: ...............I hope they find mommy one day:(.

Awe I am just seeing this thread... That is so very sweet of you to do this for these sweet babies. I feel so sorry that there momma is still missing :(

Sad news on Mother dog
 

Well I just talked to the lady who owns these puppies, They found the mother dog, sadly shes dead, She must of tried of water in a bucket in their back yard, fell in and drownded died. Im so sad about it. their boys are taking the news hard and they are coming to get the pups in hopes to cheering the boys up a bit. Im gonna miss these babies.

oh, how sad the mommy died,for pupies, and family.
but you be pround that you have helped keep some of her alive in her puppies.
sounds like you helped them along so much.
I know you will miss them, and have a special place in your heart for them forever.

OMG They Just now found her????
I know this is really sad but something really just does not sound right?

Well she called me back Said the boys didnt want her to bring the pups back, said she would keep them here a little longer if it was ok with me. I said sure but what about Milk? you have only brought me one can. and I had to borrow three cans from Mickeys breeder, they are almost out again. she said well ill pick some up this week end. I said No I need it now, I been telling you that almost every day. they will be out tonight. They are drinking a can a day now. Man she just dont get it. and here it is almost 8:00 and still no milk.

And The momma dog, that was her fault who lets a 3lb Yorkie mother out or any Yorkie out and not stand there with it, she didnt even have a fenced in yard. They did look for the Yorkie for a few days but up and down the streets, I guess they never thought to look in the bucket. so sad. The poor dog must of been so thirsty to try and get in the bucket for a drink of water.

oh my gosh, that is sooo sad!! good thing you are there to take care of the lil pups!!:( hopefully she brings you more milk, that is just sooo rude!!:thumbdown im sorry.. but bless ur heart for taking care of them-i wouldnt want to give them back to her if i were you!!:eek:

Oh they are so cute. I hated hearing about the mother dog. I can\'t imagine not watching her while she went out, besides her being so thirsty she would need to get a drink while she was out there???? It was really sad...

I glad that you are able to help give the puppies a good start. Who has the other two?? The lady who owns them?? I thought I had read somewhere that they also were at someone else\'s house... Is that right????
