Looking for a babydoll face, silver yorkie in So Cal
 

Hi everyone!

I've been wanting a silver yorkie for the longest that I can remember. I have 3 darling yorkies right now and would love another. I just can't get enough of them. I love them so much! I really don't care about the sex of the puppy. It would be nice to have a silver colored one =) I really adore the looks of Stedman... he has such a doll face. Anyone knows a good, reputable breeder around my area? I'm not too limited on the pricing... Thanks you all!;)

I have 3 yorkies with 3 different looks. I really adore all of them. I just want a silver colored one. My first, who is a 2 years old girl, is 7lbs with floppy ears. Then there is my second, who is a 1 1/2 years old boy, is 3 1/2 pounds with fine, salt and pepper hair. Lastly is my third, who is going to be 10 months soon, has a teddybear face with very black hair. She is only 3 lbs and is going to get spayed soon. I just really adore the silver, babydoll face ones.

Actually I have been following up on you. I do like the look of your yorkie on the avatar. Right now, I'm just talking to a few breeders right now and looking at a few of your guy's sites. I'm looking for the perfect one. Thanks!

while I think there is no such thing as the "perfect' yorkie, I do think there is one that is just "perfect" for each of us. if that makes any sense:) . There is always one that will just stand out in the crowd.

Hopefully, it is because she's too busy to reply and not just avoiding me. I hope she don't think I want to copy her dog and trying to steal the attention she gets because of her cute little man. All I wanted was to know where she got him and how did he look when he was a puppy so I know how to pick out a pup with the same face. You know how they grow up to look different. I hope she replies back soon :(

She won't reply back because a few people on here who asked about her breeder ended up bothering her, so she no longer gives out that information.
When her little one was sick, a not so nice person contacted her breeder and said all sorts of bad stuff about her.

Some people do not give out their information. I always thought it would help people from getting scammed by finding out just who the good breeders are out there but, that's just me. Not everyone will tell you where they got their puppy.

Lola is silver and an almost platinum color on her face. Unfortunately, the lady I got her from had said she was having the mom fixed because she ended up having a c section with her second litter. She was small.

Funny thing is I never even knew Yorkies came in different colors. I had a lady tell me I should breed my girl because of her beauty but I just shook my head no. Lola is very small and breeding only should be done by people who know what they're doing in my opinion. Good luck on your search. Look at the parents when trying to get a silver one, Lola looks just like her mom in coloring.

addicted, I understand that you are new here so you didn't know, but I have posted on the board before that I will no longer be giving this information out after what happened to me a few months ago. Yes, someone did contact one of my babies breeders and said alot of things about me which were not true, and I'm sad to say that this one incident has ruined it for alot of people who would of liked to have this info. I'm sorry if this sounds rude to you, but this is the internet and with so many new members here, I honestly don't know who I am giving out my information to which is why I won't do it anymore. It has nothing to do with anything else. My females breeder actually ASKED ME not to give out her name here, or on any public forums for that matter as she has had trouble on a few boards herself.

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid or rude to you, but this is my choice and I hope you respect it, and understand it.

I do thank you very, very much for the compliments on my Stedman though - they were all very sweet and I appreciate every one of them :)

I just read your PM and I am so glad and relieved that you understand :) You just don't know how much I HATE this....I really HATE that someone went and ruined it for everyone. And trust me, I have told plenty of people in the past where my babies came from. I was just SO extremely upset when that person called my Tatum's breeder. I was in tears. What they did just wasn't right, and it wasn't fair. Even though her breeder and I both knew that what they said wasn't true, it still hurt. :cry: I can't even remember if I said in my last post what they did, but they called her breeder and said that I "wasn't a good caretaker" of her. OMG - that's like saying O.J. didn't do it or that Paris Hilton isn't rich :rolleyes: I mean it was just absurd. Anyone who knows me and my babies know that they are (seriously) more spoiled than most children! I know that my sister always tells me that my babies have more toys and clothes than her son did at this age :p And it's not just about them being spoiled, they are SO LOVED. I love them with all my heart and always have.

Also, I read your reply to the other poster - and you are NOT by ANY means being annoying! And PLEASE...you have absolutely no need to apologize for anything here. To be quite honest, there have been PM's that I have received where people were asking about my babies breeders, and I didn't reply to them (no reason to lie about that, it's the truth) but HONEST TO GOD...the reason I dread replying to those PM's is because I HATE having to tell people that I can't give out the info :( I literally feel like such a you-know-what when I do that. In fact, my husband was just here and I was telling him how awful I felt that I wasn't able to tell you. I mean it's not like it's some "big secret" or anything - I know this all probably sounds so weird to some (totally understandable) but after what happened I just really do honestly feel so uncomfortable giving out the information (and as I said with my females breeder, she specifically asked me not to). I don't know, maybe those who don't understand it or think it's silly just have to be put in a situation like that to understand where I'm coming from :( I swear to God (and I hate doing that by the way, lol) that I am not intentionally doing it to be mean, or to try and hide where they came from. I have absolutely no reason at all to do something like what. And as I have said before, I have told several people in the past where they came from with no problem at all.

Anyway, now I am just rambling, lol. I just wanted to explain myself in hopes that people don't think I am just being a rude, snobby "you-know-what" - I swear it may SEEM that way, but I honest to God promise that-that is not the case.

I will be happy to show you more pictures of Stedman as a baby if you would like to see them (if you want, you can e-mail me, or I can post them here, either way - it doesn't matter:)) so that hopefully you will be able to find a baby out there that looks just like him if that is what you are looking for :) I have SO many pictures of my furkids on the computer, so my husband moved all of Stedman's baby pictures, except for a few, over to his computer a long time ago to save space on mine (I have since then got a new hard drive SPECIFICALLY FOR pics - it is THAT bad....I am a camera freak, as many here WELL know - lol). But I will be more than happy to ask him where they are on his computer when he gets home if you would like to see more. It is totally and entirely up to you :) I WILL try and help you in any possible way I can.

And again, I do apologize for all this, but I am SO glad that you understand :)

GIRL! I totally understand you! Why would someone want to do that to you? I sense jealousy maybe. I know you spoil them! Just by looking at their pictures! Who wouldn't want to spoil their babies right? I usually am asked all the time where I got my babies. Sometimes it's not good to give out their information anyways, especially if the breeder are home breeders with a one time breeding. I would love to see more pictures of Stedman! He has the face to die for! I don't want a pup to look exactly like him... just something similar... silver coat with the babyboll face =) I mean... I love the way my babies look right now.. I have all different look you see... a big one with floppy ears and longer snout (people usually question if she is a yorkie). I have this tiny boy who looks exactly like the breed standard except he has fine, limp hair... he's pretty scrawny like a chihuahua =) he's momma's boy!!! Lastly, is my little girl Bella. She has a teddybear face with the thickest, longest, darkest coat I have ever seen on any yorkie. She just got a puppy cut recently. I was hoping they will turn silver anytime soon because I love that color for some reason. I heard they turn silver when they get older. Anyways, now I'm just rambling on and on lol. Well, I would love to see more pictures. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't mind showing off his baby pictures. I can't believe you have that many pictures where you would need a new hard drive lol!
