Oh that sounds like it would be so much fun. I love doing things like that. there is a woman that brings her toy poodles in to work all the time and she is one of those really snobish women. She grates on all of our nerves. One day when she came in us girls in grooming were talking about our cars and I made a comment to the other girl who needed an oil change really bad that I would do it after work since I had nothing going on and she didn't have the money for one. This woman makes the comment that she doesn't even pump her own gas since it might ruin her nails. And gives me the turned up nose. There is nothing wrong with being able to work on your own car. I usually dont but I can if need be and I was helping out a friend who now knows how to do it herself.

Just curious, redneckwoman.....I called and talked to Marcy late last week and she told me she wasn't interested in discussing the puppies with anyone at the time until they were a little older and she could tell for sure if they are full-blooded and now she has found homes for 2 of the 4?? My friend and myself really wanted one each and were going to drive to her to pick them up and then she told me that and didn't even ask for a name or phone number or even tell me to call back, so I figured she REALLY wasn't interested! All I did was call her and inquire about the puppies....maybe that was approaching her the wrong way??

Oops, wasn't finished with my post. Redneckwoman had given me the info about the pups before it was ever posted here. WAY before. I called and talked to marcy after email and she said that she would let my friend and I take 2 but didn't want to commit to anything else since they were so young. We weren't able to chose which we wanted until recently since she is confident that they are heathy.

Wow....I'm always being told I'm TOO nice! I don't know what I could have said that would have offended her....I just really wanted one of her puppies...actually, I wanted two! Thank you for letting me know though, redneckwoman....I really appreciate it! Last edited by DrakesMom; 05-18-2005 at 06:45 AM.
