Manassas, VA - Female Yorkie for sale
 

Unfortunately, I have to sell our female yorkie. I purchased this yorkie for my mother as a companion. While she is a great puppy, it has proved too much work for her.

The puppy is well behaved with a great temperament. She has been to obedience training and has been socialized with other dogs. She is current with all of her shots and vet visits (all fully documented). Included with her are various pet items that she has used and is comfortable with: carrier, crate, toys, etc.

what is northern Va close to? I live near lexington, Kentucky but am looking for a gal no younger than this one. do you have a pedigree on her? I'm sure she is quite the little bundle of energy. Your mother needs a lap dog. An older one would be perfect for her.

Thanks for all your replies. Here is some information people have requested and some more photos.

We bought her in Arlington, VA. The breeder was a retired vet from northern MD and her son brought them to Arlington to sell. The whole litter seemed very healthy, we were the first appointment so she was the pick of the litter. She lives with my mom, about 25 minutes south of Washington D.C.

She is currently not spayed but she has an appointment to be spayed this Friday. If she is not sold prior, we will go forward with it.

I am not sure of her hair "type", she just recently got it cut for the first time so it is a lot shorter. I think she looks best that way. Maybe you can get a better idea from the attached photos.

The shots that she has had are (please excuse the spelling)
Bordetella
Lime disease vaccine
Rabbis virus vaccine
Distemper parvo la vaccine
Corona virus vaccine
Giardia vaccine canine
Dewormer

She gets heartworm preventative in the middle of the month and it is called HeartGuard plus. She gets flea medicine as well which is Advantage topical solution.

She really is a very good dog. She is not yappy and loves to play. She is comfortable in the car and often goes along with my mother on quick trips to the store.

She is still being house trained. She goes on her papers (most of the time). She has picked it up quite quickly, but she is still learning.

We care for her very much and want to make sure she goes to the best home.

My older son and I will be driving there next week to pick her up. It will be quite a drive, but I am looking forward to it cause I'll be seeing parts of the country I've never seen before. I am so excited. She is exactly what I've been wanting as a sister for Tinka. They are only 4 days apart in age! I'm so excited. It just so happens that I had scheduled vacation time for next week - isn't that cool? It will work out perfectly.:yay_jump:

The folks selling her sound like super nice people and her mom sounds like she has taken such good care of her and spoiled her just like I would!

Geez, hope I can get some sleep sometime....:Puppy2:

bchgirl, that's funny you would say that "someone knew" ahead of time. I had scheduled my time off and then a few days ago decided to change it by just a few days later. If I hadn't done that, it probably wouldn't have worked out cause of my schedule with my son, etc... I get goose bumps when I think of how things are working out so perfectly! Things usually don't go that nicely for me! :D

Thanks to all for your congrats... I had been looking for a little girl and was checking out breeders again. Princess seems to be just what I wanted at a great price and she is coming with all her wonderful equipment and toys, etc... :2puppy: I couldn't ask for more and am very thankful. Wow - I'm a big jealous - I was reading the thread and getting all ready to fly to VA - how lucky you are! Any pics yet???

No, I don't have any pics yet. My son, who has the digital camera, is being a bit negative right now and is not "allowing" me to use his camera. I guess I will have to get my own. (sigh) Teenagers can be so difficult.

The new pup is doing great. She and Tinka get along really well - there haven't been any fights at all. They each get a bit jealous at times, but it hasn't been a problem at all. They do seem to like each other's food better than their own. :D I will be working towards getting them on the same diet so they don't have to steal from each other's dishes.

The new pup cuddles with me and has taken a nap with me all cuddled up. Tinka hasn't been quite as cuddly - although with the new pup here now, she is getting better at it! They are just so funny to watch. It's better than watching a comedy. My sons and I just sit here watching and laugh at their antics. I'm really glad I got her, even though the trip was a hard one and it cost a lot of money - it was worth it. :thumbup: We have some good memories to look back on. (some not so good, too!)

OMG , it's soo weird... I was about to get puppy from this same littrer, ( but I didn't BC the guys story about his mom beeing a breeder and him selling the puppies for her, sounded a little bit odd) But I'm so happy that this puppies turn out to be so beautiful. Now I regret that I didn't get one when I could:( But it\'s OK BC my baby girl will be here in 4 weeks:D Well Congratulations on your new addition
