I know until I learned how to fix the date on my camera. it was always wrong. So it could be that.

Oh my gosh, are you guys kidding me?:confused: I have never adjusted the date on my camera, my husband used it for his work the other day and I think he fixed it. I don't have a problem with taking new pictures for someone. If I were a scam I wouldve cropped out the date!!!!

I should still be listed on the AKC website as a breeder in KY (Lana Smith) from when I registered the litter. So you can check the the parents info if you'd like.

You can see previous litters on my myspace page, (its not private), along with pictures of the parents. I don't think the date was adjusted then either, I just don't do that...

I also posted my first litter for sale on here in 2007 or 2008 I think. This is Abbys 3rd litter. I had tried the Lexington Herald and sold a female about a month ago, then I remembered here from years ago, I still get an occassional email from yorkietalk asking me to come back. I have always thought the forum as very helpful, even advised the lady who bought a girl from me last month to visit here to learn about yorkie care.

I am asking $800, for the girl. I think she would be too small for breeding, I am thinking she'll only be about 4lbs as adult, but I don't know for sure. She is using the pee pad well, has had shots, vet checked, and wormed. She is a real sweetie, her brothers are a bit rough with her and they are bigger so sometimes she stays back instead of getting in the mix with them. Her mother still lets her nurse, but she is eating well ! Let me know if you 'd like additional pictures, the ones posted were taken about a month ago, before her ears came up. All the puppies in this litter had their ears to come up without me even shaving them. :aimeeyork:animal-pa:

She has a total of 8 posts and the previous ones were selling puppies too in 2008,and those pics don't have a time stamp. I wonder if this is the same parents? She admits that was her first litter.

I never adjusted the date on the camera. yes I sold puppies in 2008, had a litter of ONE on 10/1/10, and this one was accident, I didn't get Abby put up in time and she had 4 in this litter. She has only had 3 litters. I own both parents. I am also on the AKC website as a breeder in KY. I have sold one female, and the rest are looking for homes.

I guess the moderator wouldnt allow my previous post I wrote a few hours ago, where I defended myself on the time/date stamp on my camera.

I didn't adjust date on camera. Never do. I am listed as a breeder on the AKC website, you couldnt do that if you were a scam and didn't have registered dogs.

My AKC breeder for my last 2 dogs is a scam. She is NOT a reputable breeder, and she's listed on the AKC website. In fact, it's how I found her, and thought because she's listed there, she could be trusted. She sold me an 8 week old puppy who had only had 1 set of shots and had ghiardia.

I merely made a comment about your date stamp.

The date stamp on my camera says 01/01/01. Everyone's not technologically inclined. Just sayin...

Please note that just because someone is an AKC breeder does not mean that they are always good. Any and all potential breeders need to be thoroughly investigated.

Not saying they shouldnt, but I am being blasted on here for a date stamp, GEEZ!!!!

I'm only responding to your assertion that you can be excluded as a scammer because you are listed as an AKC breeder. I wish it were that easy to separate the good from the bad, but unfortunately that's not always the case.

Someone will always check a listing when a pup is for sale. Scam artists are all over the place...can't help that someone saw the wrong time stamp and pointed it out. That to most people... is a red flag!! Just fix your time stamp and understand this is NOT A PERSONAL ATTACK!!

Me thinks thou doth protest too much. And for the record, I never implied anything or said you were a scammer or stole the pictures or anything derogatory. You said those words when you messaged me and obviously someone else as well- I merely pointed out the time stamp. If I hadn't, someone else would have. People get screwed
over by other people all the time.

They are a tough crowed :s I get blasted for EVERYTHING! But that's what the ignore button is for :D

I for one, am inclined to see the good in people. This woman came on and posted her litter for sale, and everyone is jumping down her throat about a time stamp......then it turns into a debate about whether she is a good breeder or not.....then the AKC comes under fire! For goodness sake, let's give people a chance before we jump to conclusions. There are enough negative things in everyday life, without creating more!

To begin with, I merely mentioned the time stamp and then she starts blowing up peoples private inboxes swearing she's not a scammer and didn't steal the pictures etc. She brought the AKC into by saying I'm a good breeder because I'm listed on their site... Just like she brought up the words "stolen pictures and scammer" No one here said those words.....
Like I said, she had 8 posts at that time and all of them had to do with selling puppies. Forgive me for pointing out that her time stamp was incorrect. Next time, I'll keep my mouth shut.

Please show me where the AKC came under fire in this thread. All that was said that nothing about the AKC logo guarantees that the breeder is reputable. It's one tool among many to evaluate potential breeders.

Again, I am inclined to see the good in people. I don't feel the need to jump down anyone's throat when they don't agree with me. For heaven's sake, this forum is for enjoyment and education. Lighten up!

LOL. I'm hearing the sirens of the polite police again. Better check to see if I have enough bail money to get me out this time.

LOL from reading this thread people always want to have the last word/defend/justify themselves over petty things..

anyway.. hope your pups find a good home (: I hate when my time stamp is off on my electronics!
