Me. She's such a good puppy. She's so playful with my others. She especially likes my puppies that were born in Oct. They're 6 weeks old right now. It's funny how one Cosmo's age knows the difference between playing with the older dogs and playing with the new ones. I sometimes have to tell her "easy", but she's soooo good with them. I don't remember if she had any litter-mates or not, but if she didn't, she's sure making up for it now! She (ONCE) tried to help them nurse, but that didn't last long. One quick grrrrr from mommy dog and she all of a sudden remembered that she wasn't supposed to do that anymore. Suz |

Brandy is still up to her old tricks. Today I was holding her in my lap while I was on the computer and the cat jumped on my desk and sat down infront of the keyboard. Brandy started growling at her! I was so suprised because on the floor they play so well. I knew Brandy had jealousy issues towards dogs but not the cat! I'm glad my pug isn't a lap dog, but Brandy still throws a fit just if I pet him. She is very loving towards me, she just bites kind of hard. I really think she is this way because the Breeder of Brandy took her away from her mother way too young at only 4 weeks and seperated her from her littermates at 5 weeks. For almost a month it was just her in the house until we got back home. Anyways, thanks again for the update on her! |
Ok, now if I could add my 2 cents: Cheryl, I know what you mean about Cosmo "pouncing" on Brandy. She stands on her hind legs, holds her "arms" up in the air, and, yes, "pounces"!!! It is so cute! And she is playful and even almost rough with the older dogs, but gentle as can be with the babies. She is also very independent. She has her favorite little dog house that she goes in at night to sleep. She can't get up on the bed with the other grown- ups, but it is fine with her. She is just as happy as can be in her little house. We "baby-sat" one of the pups that Sue sold last week and the people brought his crate for him to sleep in. Cosmo thought it was pretty nice, and would go try it out, but Guiness would kick her out when it came time to go to bed. (Her and anyone else who might have been in there! -- It is "his" house!) She just went to her own "house" -- no problem. |

Hello Cheryl How much are you selling the puppy for? I am currently looking for a puppy and to be honest, I don't wanna spend a fortune on a dog. Please reply. yeya4404@hotmail.com :) Quote:

Hi Cheryl, My name is Nicole and I am very interested in learning more about Cosmo. I have been doing research on bringing a new friend into my household for about 7 months and have finally begun to make some concrete moves. I currently live in NJ, but I have the resources to fly to California and to pick her up, but I am not sure if you are also asking an additional price or if I could swing that as well. Please let me know these details and also if you can possibly send the pics of her parents that would be great!! Thanks so much, I look forward to hearing from you. |
Female Yorkie For Sale I'm new to this site but want to tell you that we have an older female Yorkie, Muffie who is 10-1/2 years old. We just got a 8 week old female Yorkie, Missy about 3 weeks ago. Our older Yorkie would have nothing to do with the puppy at first. BUT, on DAY 12, the older Yorkie started to play and now plays all the time. Maybe it'll just take a little more time for the older one to come around to the puppy. I wish you luck and hope that you don't have to give up your puppy. M&M's Mom |
I love happy endings! |
She ended up finding a great home with another YTer, Suz. Cosmo can now be herself and play, all day since she has so many playmates that love her. Because of where Brandy came from (she had a hard start from a bad backyard breeder) I should have been more considerate of that, since she was taken away at 5 weeks old. To me she is kind of a special needs dog. She has to be the only lap dog in the house, otherwise she will get very jealous, she doesn't ever want to share mommy. I think they're both the happiest possible now. I'm glad you're two little ones are getting along now! |
