He is absolutely a doll! I am still saving my money and looking for my first Yorkie. I would love to own him! Alas, I am in NY and hubby says no way. He does not believe that any dog should cost over $400.00. So, I continue to look.:( I hope he finds his forever home soon.:)

Good luck with that! lol. Most Yorkies are all between at least $600-$1200.

Jackson was $550 and he's not even the "breed standard" or came from a reputable breeder or anything.

Yeah, lol, Thanks!:) I have seen them for $400.00, no papers. I really don't care if I have papers or not. I know that might sound terrible.
With this economy, my hubby is worried about his job.:( I drive a school bus so I am pretty safe. I am on days, he is on nights. My animals are my company. Kids are grown, grand kids are out of state.:(
So I am keeping my eyes open and will wait patiently. I just want a baby to love.:love:

No I totally understand! That's what I did when I got Jackson, found one of the "cheaper" ones. I understand that's not always the best to do but he's turned into the best dog I've ever had. :D He doesn't have papers or anything cuz I don't care about that, but he was still $550! lol

I do not own the dam of this litter. If you would like information on her you can im me and if you are interested in purchasing him then I will go over that with you. I don't think that is what you are getting at though.

If your real question is; is she a splitter then the answer is yes. He comes from a litter of 4 which were all on my website together. Three splitters and a Biewer. I kept him and a splitter back to decide which one I thought would be better for my program. I chose his brother. I look not just for color in my breeding program but also for stucture.

This is why he is now neutered and only going to a pet home. He is up for a reasonable price since I have sunk more money in him then what he is selling for.

He is soo beautiful, Im sure some one will get him he is awesome looking...

I hope the other person looking for a yorkie finds luck , I had to pay 950.00, no shots no papers for my Laci, she is worth every single penny Im not complaining but really its going to be hard.... I lived in upstate NY too and was willing to travel there, still couldnt find one...

What do you mean my real question? I speak plain English and say what I mean. I never would have thought the dam was a splitter, just curious what line it came out of. Thank you.

You say you have sunk more money into him than what you are selling him for. Has there been other issues him?

A splitter is the result of a breeding between a standard yorkie and a biewer.

No Gayle he has been healthy since day one. Once you add up all shots, neutering and microchipping plus daily care of him in my house it all ads up. I do not do my own shots.

You seem quite interested in a dog you have no interest in purchasing.

If Gayle is like me, I look at every biewer that comes up in here, I like to see them all, and check them out good, since I'm going to be breeding them. I only want to see the breed bettered. I thought of asking some questions too, but, I guess we shouldn't question anything about him if we're not going to buy him.??

I was watching him as a show potential. He has only been with me from birth. He was born in my bedroom. I would love to keep all of them believe me and he will stay here until the right home is found. Out of the litter of 4 I was watching 2 and 2 were placed around 12 weeks of age.

Cool, you saved me having to go read. Didn't sleep much lastnight, tornado warnings and one of my dogs is petrified of storms.
Don't you find it's very hard to get rid of them after you've had them so long? I just hope and pray mine go fast, or I'm going to have a house full of dogs, well, I already do, so let me rephrase that, otherwise I will be pushing my luck with hubby, as I won't let them go then. :D

Thank you for the nice comments and yes it will be hard to see him go! I know though in the right home he will be happy and he will be with me until that home is found.
