Tiny Yorkie (under 2 pounds) needs a new home

I'm sorry and I don't like to post on the for sale/wanted threads anymore but I do have to say, I know why she said what she did. Maybe it was a little rudely but your comment could have been taken rudely also.

When you said 'I am sorry but for $2500 I would expect her to be from champion breed lines.' It could have been taken as if you're saying that tiny dog can't be from champion bloodlines (which it could be).
And when she said, "You can get a 10 pound yorkie with champion lines. Not saying much is it." could have been her way at saying you can get smaller yorkies from champion blood lines just like larger yorkies from champion lines.....


Then you said, "I am sorry but that is an ignorant comment to make because since you obviously aren't aware a dog would not be from a champion line if the parents were up to 10 lbs each." which was really rude from your part also and is kind of untrue. because their are many dogs out of the standard weight wise and still have champion lines (champion lines can produce larger dogs and smaller ones)

Why were you even interested in my "unhealthy" dog, then? Jealous old bitch. Stop contacting me, you sound pathetic. Dont even reply your email is blocked." was extremely rude and I understand if she gets suspended for her language and such.

I don't undertand why her ad was edited when she was legit. she was just rude. I also don't see how she is a scammer? She said in her ad on the other site that she got the puppy because she knew how they were really sought after but know she knew the dog is too small for her....

I have to say that I am not a Champion / Showdog breeder so I shoudn't comment on that subject. But I still have not seen a champion breeder sell a 2 lb puppy or a yorkie that ends up being 10 lbs.

I have seen a few and if you were to PM a show breeder, they might tell you the same thing. I'm not sure they will sell a 2lber (they will more than likely keep) but I have seen many over the standard that they sell to pet homes or unless than are a very great rep of the breed (other than the size) then they may sell to a show home for breeding.

I'm not agreeing to what the OP said but I do think some of the things you two said could have been taken wrong.

I really don't understand why the OP was considered a scammer and her post changed. If someone was newbie, it can seem as if people who are on YT longer will be believed before them even if there is an misunderstanding by many.

My Max's breeder is very well known, has been breeding for over 35 yrs, and has well over 100 Champions - Max is about 9 pds now. I know that she had a tiny at the time I picked up Max but the puppy was not leaving her until she made weight and even then she was going to her Vet's asst. She breeds for standard but Mother Nature can always step in I understand what you were trying to say - and most people think it - but actually show breeders don't sell their dogs for that kind of money unless they are truly a show prospect and even then they will either keep them for themselves or co-own them until it Champions. I bought my Mia from Petland (before I knew about them) and I paid 3x what I paid for Max from a show breeder.

I stand corrected - I didn't word that right. The show prospect would be to a trusted breeder/show person - not just anyone.
