Loving Home available in Western Washington (Looking for Yorkie) I am searching for a Yorkshire Terrier for my grandmother who is absolutely in love with my own Yorkie.:aimeeyork She is an experienced dog owner with a large fenced in back yard. Not only would she be able to give one lucky Yorkie all of the love and attention in the world but having a Yorkie to care for would really make a world of difference to her.:animal-pa We are located in the Olympia area of Washington State. (South of Seattle, North of Portland ) If you know of any Yorkshire Terrier in need of a loving home, please let me know!:animal36 You would change the life of a dog and of a kind hearted woman. :) |

Are you looking for a free puppy from someone that just needs to rehome one? Your post isn't clear on that. Name the price you are willing to pay and people will have a better idea of how to refer you and help you. Good luck in your puppy search. |

But wait, there's more...:D It turns out that the person with the Yorkie has a Maltese that she is trying to re-home too. (I had no idea that the Maltese breed was in the same weight range as Yorkies) Well, when my Grandma found out about the other dog, she simply could not resist getting them both, so she will have not one but two companions now! :aimeeyork :animal36 (again, if all goes according to planned) >fingers crossed< The person is asking a fee, but they seem to be exaclty what my Grandma has been looking for. And I just don't want her to be alone anymore:animal-pa The little Yorkie boy is 6 years old and 5 pounds. Name is Jazz (Jazzers) The male Maltese is 4 years old and named Quincy. I already crocheted them little matching sweaters:D I just can't wait to see them tomorrow!:animal-pa :animal-pa |
I'm so glad that everything worked out :) |
Sounds like it has worked out wonderful! |
oooh wow!! crossing my fingers for your grandmama!! how fun - TWO babies to spoil and love :D |
Thanks everyone :) The trip down to Portland from Olympia went great and the two little sweet hearts are safely in thier new home  We just love them! They are both so well mannered and polite little guys. The 5 pound Yorkie is just skin and bones under his fur (so is the Maltese) and should probably weigh more like 7 or 8 pounds instead of the 5. But we can fix that :D And Jazz (the Yorkie) seems to have issues with eating and drinking until he throws up:confused: The owner warned me that he would do this if allowed to eat too much but I was surprised when he lapped down a whole bowl of water and then threw it up. Does anyone know what this means? We will def. be doing research and consulting a vet.:aimeeyork P.S., how do i post pictures? |
2 Attachment(s) I think i figured it out |
They are both adorable. Congratulations to your grandma on the two new additions!:) |
