i want her so bad!!! omg!! shes soo cute! |
She is just adorable!!! Her size and the fact that she is still having blood sugar issues is worrisome. At this age, she shouldn't be having a problem with that if she eats. Why do you think it is the blood sugar. The symptoms of low blood sugar mimic the symptoms of other lesser known issues. Has a vet done a BAT? She may not be big enough yet to able to spare enough blood. Has the vet looked for an open font and tested the thyroid? How is her appetite? I'm used to dealing with the tinies and these are some of the questions I routinely ask. I applaud you for being so picky on her new home and for sticking to your guns on the no children issue. |
You lost me You lost me at edit them to 600 by 600 pixils...lol Someone said they would put them on for me. |
Hi Nikole, please don't take me as ignorant here and I am in no way trying to start an argument but when talking to you about the male maltese you had mentioned that this girl sometimes has what you called nero side effects. Again, I am in no way trying to start anything but your selling this girl and I think it would be really wrong for people not to know this type of information. I am not one to start anything on this board but I have been on here way too long to sit back and keep my mouth shut about something like this. Perhaps she's healthy but if things like that are being noticed about her then in my opinion something is wrong. I hope you do find her a good home where she can be loved and spoiled. |

If she is having neurological issues, that is an extremely urgent matter. What problems does she have? |
Nero? Not sure what that means. Could she have meant Neuro? Many people mistake neurological problems to be a problem with blood sugar which is why I inquired earlier. If she is having neurological issues, then please PM me and maybe we can work something out. I'm pretty familiar with these problems. I currently have a 1.5 -2 lb little girl with hydrocephalus who sees the neurologist at UT. |

well ... sure you are well sure you are or you would have pmd me. I thought you were nicer than that. Everyone that has contacted me and that has been A LOT ... I have told them if she does not eat 2tms a day on time she has blood sugar issues... at least the ones that get past "send me a pic". The nuero effects are what happens when their blood sugar drops. When I only fed her once a day...like all my others... if I was an hour late she would stumble... you could see it affected her... not every time ... but too much for my like... I went to feeding her twice a day... which took care of the problem... but if I had to I would have gone to free feeding next. Anyone that has a dog less than 2lbs knows this and if they don't I tell them. I also posted it on several post in here that her blood sugar drops rapidly if she doesn't eat which I said was why I wanted her to go to someone who had "TEENY TINY" experience. I am hesitant about sending her to the lady who wants her because she works too much... I said she had to have her have a 2nd meal why she was gone... and I cautioned her about it over and over.... these episodes ... while short lived w/ nutrical or eating are VERY scary for someone w/ o this experience. I would NEVER hide that. You can ask the girl from Mississippi who wants her ... I told her extensively of this and her need to be on time to eat and of the fact that I liked she was a stay at home mom for this fact ALONE.... So for those of you who didnt ask me more... I would have told you... and for those of you who did... please post so that Dinah doesn't make everyone think I am trying to rip people off... or better yet... look at my post where I believe... although NOT 100% sure I talk about it! |
