4 Attachment(s) Here are some more photos. We have one more show tomorrow. :D I'll let you all know how it goes. Best of Breed Competition was: Ch. Tyava's Sure Shot! Sorry no photos - we were so busy - missed it. Will try to get more photos tomorrow and hopefully some points. Competition was tough - some very nice yorkies there and so many! :D At least we did get a blue ribbon today! And I also got to see one of my students compete in obedience and got another leg on her two dogs (each). She shows long haired dachands. Cute! :p Was anyone from YT there today? P.S. There was also a male puppy (6-9months) there today named:Emma Echols out of Pewter's Imperial Regency x Tangletop Been There Done That. T. |

No problem, chattiesmom. The directions to the show are from 285 east, then exit 55 (Jonesboro Road), at the top of the exit ramp, take Highway 54 South. Proceed approx. 2/10 of a mile and turn left at the traffic light onto Conley Road. Entrance to the show grounds is on the left - watch for signs. I think they charge 5.00 to park. Show time is at 1:30 (right after the poodles) in ring 8 (toward the right). Hope to see you there. T. |

Well, I made it to the show, 45 minutes late!!!! Stuck in traffic..... :eek: I think I missed Topknot, and Pepe, but I did see several Yorkie classes..... boy what beautiful dogs!!! WOW was I ever Wowed!!! |
Well, We had both Pepe and Easy at the Atlanta show and came home with 2 more blue 1st place ribbons! :D :number1ri Pepe did not have any one to compete against for his class, but the judge did award him a blue ribbon. Easy took her class against another dog and won (against a Whirlwind bitch). :D She did a great job! We even got her picture taken. It was great practice for both of them and they are just puppies. I can't wait for them to get older and their coats to be to the floor. The judge was really good today and very very thorough! She checked out their bone structure and silkness of the coat and of course the other stuff - bite, etc... But it was so nice that she really took her time to really go through the dogs. We had Durrers, Tyree, Sugarfoot, Ponderosa,Exmoor and Wildivy, NicNak, Whirlwind, plus others here this weekend. So the competition was really tough! We had fun and a very exciting day! Thank you all for the support! I will send pictures after we rest for a little bit. We just got home and unloaded the car. T. |
chattiesmom - I think I might have seen you there along the east side of the ring? I was next to Vicki along the south of the ring. You will probably recognize me in the photos. I had to go back in with both of mine for winners dog/bitch - so I was there the whole time. I am so glade you made it. There were so great looking yorkies! :yorkiesar T. |
