Ringside grooming table Question: I see 2 ringside tables, the round and the rectangular. Which do you experts prefer and why? Also, where can I find the best price for the one you recommend? Hugs, Irene

Try Petsedge - their prices are 59.99 and 62.99 with arm. I paid about a 100. for mine at a show. Wish I had seen Petsedge price first. They look like the same table. T.

table I have a nice professional ring side table, cost me $100....then I found some at Walmart for $19..they are great. Folds/sturdy.. The top is hard plastic and I use the fitted table top covers from my expensive table. I had a table stolen a few years back, so this cheap one will work just fine for outdoor shows..it looks great too. PS...never had anything stolen at indoor shows, but I have "lost" several things when the grooming tent area is so far away from the ring.

Hi I was just talking about a ring side table tonight... I hate them! They are to heavy! I am looking for a new one myself and want it light weight! I have two of them and I hate them both... each cost me about a $100.00... what a waste of money as far as I am concerned..... Anyone know where you can get a light weight one?

I too have trouble with the weight of regular tables. What I did was get a small lightweight table (like a tv tray) and cover it with the Rubbermaid mat for cabinets. The kind that is sort of rubbery and non-slide almost like mats to keep rugs from slipping on the floor. This way I have my larger one to use at the station and carry the small one to ring side. Its not fancy but works great and cost about 15 dollars to put together.

| I have to ask - which section of Walmart do they have the plastic table in? It sounds like just what I need for at home grooming. Thank you.

tables I saw them in the front of the store and several times in the middle aisles..now that summer is over perhaps they are in a section where they carry folding tables and chairs.

ideas You can buy a small folding metal stool at Walmart, get a small folding luggage carrier..strap it all down and wheel it back and forth, much easier then carrying stuff.

Irene, I have two of the tables from Pet Edge and they are very heavy to carry around.. I was at a show in Columbus awhile back and a friend had a table she had bought at Lowe's.. It is light weight and it has three adjustable heights also, which I really love! I have seen them on the endcaps at the Lowe's store.. I bought two of them and that is all I use now! If you like I can take a picture and post it for you.. Melanie
