Chattanooga? Will anyone be attending the show in Chattanooga on the weekend of Sept. 18th? I am planning on going and probably doing the match on Saturday. |

Oh good! How old is your pup? And you have to promise not to laugh at us lol our first conformation class is Monday and I have my fingers crossed that I haven't been doing any of it incorrectly. We did one puppy match last month and although it went ok I would have loved some feedback in what I did wrong. |

My girl is 7 months and my own breeding - she is one I have held back for show. She looks great and we too need the practice and just need to get her out there, so she will be ready when the time is right. My other that is out with my handler, was in her first show with her handler and got Reserves the first day, WB/BOS the second day, and Reserves on the third day. She is still young, just 20 months, so I was very happy that she did so well. She is also one of my own (bred-by). |

Could you post a link for info about this show..I live about 2 hrs away and it might be fun to come and watch. Do you know if the show draws many vendors? Thanks for any info |

If things go as planned, I will be showing my mentor/friend's little George. :D this will be rather interesting 'cause I've never been in the ring before, only at ringside. Lisa will be showing George's brother in Mississippi and picking up her bitch that was bred so I agreed to give it a go. George will be showing in the 6 to 9 months puppy class. So far he has won all of his puppy classes. I hope I can do him justice. |
Wolfie won't be 6 months til October so we won't be in the same class as y'all are. (Could you hear my sigh of relief thru your speakers? :D) I will have to keep telling myself "baby steps... baby steps" oh & to breathe lol. Look forward to seeing all the yorkies! Lisa |

Just realized I will be losing an hour when heading there... oh boy going to be an early morning :eek: I am assuming there will be vendors there? It went great! :thumbup: Learning more and more all the time : ) The judge gave me some very helpful tips and was so nice. He was the only one in his age division but beat a lil female for breed woohoo! lol Then his wheels started to fall off for group and he came in 5th of 6. But it was a great day. Met some wonderful people! Was even introduced to Carl Yochum by Lisa Farmer and the wonderful mother of the young lady in black that was showing.. Georgie or Georgette? I am so awful with names. Hopefully they will all start to "stick" soon. :p Thanks so much for all your help and the rice paper! It was so fun to hang out with you and Cindy. Oh and getting to meet Peanut! (sorry I cannot remember your real name lol) Now I am ready to pass out and hit the hay! |

What a Day! What a fantastic Saturday it was. George did fantastic in his class -- despite the fact that clutzy me was at the other end of the leash. I got to spend time with long time YT pals Kim (Peanut) and Melissa (WV~Yorkies) and got to meet Lisa (Musiccitymom), Tina (Topknot) and ?? another very nice YTer -- I'm sorry in all the excitement I didn't introduce myself. Lisa, Congratulations to you and Wolfie! Great job! Wolfie is such a cutiepie. And Tina, your baby was stunning! It was great chatting with you! |

The last photo is my Cici just being casual, knowing she does not have to show. She was so good and did so well with everything. No more couch potatoe for her. She also did great at the orchard. :D It was so nice to match faces with names. :) |
