Question for YTCA members

I agree, health and structure are important. But we're talking about "showing dogs". If you are presenting good examples, they will have good structure, bites, knees etc. You can't do well with bad examples. Handlers can finish anything.

Yes you'd be correct on part of that, you have to remember the handlers are showing for "breeders".
We still need to bark up breeders behinds for putting those types of dogs with handlers....it is the handler's job it's their business, whether I agree with what they take in the ring is another story but nothing I can do about it.

Just perused this thread. I was confused when I started and now I am not sure what state I am in.

I have two questions.

1. Mary do you moo?

2. Isn't brass preferred over steel?

OMG I can't stop laughing!!! I"ve laughed all afternoon! A friend of mine sent some jokes and we in the office have been laughing and now I just spit Diet DP all over my work computer LOL!!!!!!!!!!1

No I don't moo? But, I do have utters

I would think that brass would tarnish...steel would be preferable, based on the fact that brass tarnishes to a greenish patina. Mmmm wonder if that would seap through the skin onto the coat. Dead giveaway.

What about the musical ones - that make the jingle noise. Now that would be a dead give away. At least you would always know where they are. LOL Poor babies.
