Once again you have done some amazing work. They are all gorgeous. I really like the last 2 on the first set of pictures. Alos the first pic in the first set is that the 5/8 or the 7/8?

Hi Lori,

These bows are all 7/8 bows,but the one that you got like the first pic ,in the first group is a 5/8.I make it in both 5/8 and 7/8.Yours is a 5/8.

Thanks i figured it was because of the size cmpared to the other 2. You did say if i had an idea on a bow to let you know. Well I have one. I love the rhinestones on the outer edge and I was thinking if you could find a ribbon that has british colors that would be great. See my hubby and I love London and we figured since Yorkies originated in Europe that it would be the perfect bow for her to wear. Let me know if you can do this. 5/8 or 7/8 would be good.
As for the compliments you deserve them because you do such an amazing job.

Hey lori,

Great idea !! I will check out the flag colours and figure something out.Someone on Facebook suggested doing bows for each country...it really is a kool idea ,I will send you a photo when I put something together :p

Yelena, I'm sorry but I happen to show dogs and actually "LOVE" Carl's bows as I do own several of his bows and I also own a couple of Mardelins bows and "LOVE" both. Carl also shows dogs in Canada and knows what bows are for on a show dog :) Please I don't mean to be rude but I think your comments are just alittle uncalled for.

I know nothing about Carl's bows...
I have my vision of "fancy bows", so the name of the topic probably give me "the wrong idea".

Again, I don't want to be rude in any way but before making comments I would research and read the posts as I commented on it about buying some more :) and by fancy is added things to a plain bow in my opinion :) I love Carl's bows and the day Radar started wearing his bows after I purchased them he actually started winning and now I use the same one all the time. Both, Mardelin and Carl have "LOVELY" bows. I know Mary makes beautiful bows and I do own some as they are gorgeous and are made for Radar's head and coloring but I also found that Carl's bows are made the way I prefer also on Radar's head with the double bows with tails. Sits on his head better and that was using some bows Radar's breeders had and loved them and when I found Carl making the same I bought them and it worked GREAT!! :)

Don't feel like a stranger and don't stop making comments just read other's posts to see if there are postives before making negative ones :)
Doesn't matter if you are a foreigner and you are a good standing member here I just felt the need to let you know that Carls's bows are BEAUTIFUL and are good bows for show dogs :) He actually has a show dog from a top breeder in Canada so he does have great mentors in Canada as I know them from others and they have good repututations :)

The fancy part is that there is extra added ribbon to the bow in my opinion. If they were just plain show bows without the extra that would be just it "plain" in other words the added ribbon, crystals are what I would consider fancy and if you search other show exhibitors that make show bows they use the word fancy for what I described on their website...take the finishing touch who makes show bows and is also an exhibitor she uses fancy as a word too and she makes lovely bows as well and I own a couple of them too.
I don't see the world differently I just see differences in taste :)
Mary I do believe makes what I call fancy bows as well as I think they are fancy with all the extra stuff she puts on her bows as I own them too and love them just as much as I do Carl's :)

I personally LOVE Carl's bows & will continue to buy (collect) his bows as long as he makes them.

Yelena, no hard feelings here :) I don't think the conversation is unpleasant at all at least for me. I'm not the one that makes bows so I really feel Carl is owed the apology not me. But of course that is just my opinion :)
