I just came back from the show in Eugene,Oregon and I had fun walking around and seeing all the different breeds. there was no yorkie entered. I talked to a nice lady showing Chihuahua. People there are Very friendly people ! :D |
Glad you had fun being a spectator at the show. The non-AKC shows have a totally different environment imho. |
yes it is very fun... IABCA shows are much more relaxed and more casual.....:) Quote:

There was even a 84 year old Grandma showing her long hair chihuahua for the very first time. They were so cute to watch in the ring... |
Glad you went and enjoyed it! They are neat since you get to see some different breeds and the atmosphere is so much more relaxed! I showed in a NAKC show this weekend in GA. Came home with two breed wins (one on Cassy and one with Huey) Cassy got a Group 2 and Huey got a Group 1 and a Reserve Best in Show. |
thank you for your help explaining the rules for me. I had a blast ! I really like the people there....:) nice people. Congrats on your wins on your 2 biewers.... they are so pretty......HAPPY EASTER TO YOU AND YOUR FURKIDS Quote:

Congrats Stacey. What a good weekend! I really do enjoy the rare breeds a lot more than the AKC shows both to watch and to participate. |

I wish I could see a biewer. So far I have not had a chance to meet a Biewer in Person. I think Biewers are so pretty ! Quote:

When I got my first, I had never seen any in person...and pictures do not do them justice. Aren't any shows held locally here either...it always requires a "road trip". |
Thank you for the congrats! Since I'm in Florida I have a hard time making it all the way over there! I know some Biewers show at the Washington and California shows. |
We usually show at the shows in California. Come down and meet us. |
