The magazine you see in the petstores is not the same Yorkshire Terrier magazine as the one being discussed. As far as I know it is not sold in petstores only through subscription.

I used to think the same thing until the difference was pointed out out me too. You would think two magazines couldn't have the exact same name, hmmm?LOL One is geared to the yorkie exhibitors, the other more towards pet owners.

I've really enjoyed reading and looking at the three magazines I borrowed. My birthday is next month and my parents always ask me what I want so I told my mom I wanted a subscription for my B-day :D

The stud issue that comes out at the first of the year is my favorite. It would be a good one to start with.

I love your profile. Tiffany's is my favorite store and Ms Golightly is the perfect example of an elegantly dressed woman.

My husband never has to wonder what to buy me for Christmas and my birthday.

Hmm, Holly Golightly would be a good name for a pretty little girl.

One of the magazines I borrowed is the Stud Issue from last year. If I subscribe within the next month, will I get the issue that already came out this year too? Or will it start with the 2nd issue?

I subscribed about this time of year and I asked that the Stud Issue be my first.

The stud issue for 2007 is smaller than the one for 2006, I was a bit dissapointed. My subscription was my birthday present to me this year.

And they said that the issues would come less frequently and be bigger...

When I renewed my subscription, I paid for 3 years. If I knew it was going to change to 4 a year, I would have not renewed and just bought the issues I wanted. I learn more from Yorkie Club anyway. I subscribe to Top Notch Toys
and a lot of YT breeders advertise there.

Wow, 50 is high, we subscribe to magazines and pay about $30ish for a year, one LA Dog which never ever arrived and the customer service said too bad.
