I just looked at her foot with a magnifing glass, and it does really look like ring worm, when all the hair starts growing back the ring worm is gone. It looks like the hair is missing on the top of her foot, please let me know what the Vet thinks, their are so many different kinds that sometimes it is hard to spot. Some just take away the hair, and others leave a raised bump that gets crusty, comes off bleeds underneath, and there is a slight hole, the Resizole lotion will heal it in no time, when the hair grows back the ring worm is gone. I am just so worried about it as it could spread to her dogs, it is hard to tell from the picture, but i have seen several kinds, and without medication it is hard to clear up. Where in Colorado is she, I live in Colorado also, in Glenwood Springs. I would love to hear from her about your sweet little rescued girl!

We moved back to our home in AL in April. I met my friend, Trish, in Grand Junction and we quickly became joined at the heart ... she is like a sister and it broke my heart to leave her. Trish is taking her to our vet and I pray that there is nothing more serious wrong with her and she will soon be the beautiful little girl that we see when we look at her. Poor baby doesn't even have a clue what a toy is but Trish's little pack will have her playing and socialized pretty quick. :p Just wanted to give you all a peek at this little sweetheart "before" and hopefully very soon, show you the little Princess inside all that sadness, "after". Please pray that We will find a way to keep helping these babies .... one Yorkie at the time!!

I use him for all my Sugery's as he is a perfectionast, and on these little guys he really knows what he is doing. I also use Suzzett at Adobies, for dental, she is so nice and reasonable!

First of all, just so everyone is aware, ALL a 501(c)(3) really means is that an organization is non-profit and all donations are tax deductible. They do NOT monitor the activities of the organization.
If I were you, I would contact Animal Control in the area where Lily came from and report this person who was not caring for her. Heaven only knows how many others are/will be suffering the same, if not worse, fate than Lily.

My Goodness!!! I can't believe you go to Tiara Rado!! Bob Marquis is my vet too. He operated on both of Shira's knees! The best surgery ever...... she's perfect now, can even jump! I love that clinic and that's where I take all my rescues too. They are about the most expensive in the valley, but well worth it to me. Kills me when all six need dentals there, though! What is Adobies? Haven't heard of it.

Bob said it looked like an old injury that she'd been chewin on and got infected. All the swelling is gone now, but it still looks awful. Poor little girl. She's doing so much better now.
