Ahhhh....I had no idea your Bunny was Ralphie :) That little man I love him so much too!!!! You helped me so much with TJ when he was a baby (back in the day), I will never forget that! :D :D :D

My little Roxy is a big stress ball too! She literally runs laps over and over and over, either around large L couch or around the kitchen table or through the dining and into the kitchen. She is 7 years old. I don't know how to stop her. But it trickles into other things too. If you stress her to a certain point, she literally poops. I have read that urinating and defecating is a stress reliever. There are times that I fear she will have a heart attack from certain stresses.

We try to stay as calm as possible, but there is always some sort of bickering going on with me and hubby, so I am sure it adds to her stress. :rolleyes:

I looked into the thundershirt, but wound up getting the Anxiety Shirt. I am not consistent with using it, but have heard great things.

I haven't considered medicines for her, because she has liver issues and I don't want to disrupt it any further.

From what I know about Nancy from YT is that she is AWESOME!!!! So I am thrilled she is helping you!!! :aimeeyork

I will be in AZ visiting my folks in Anthem next weekend, the pups are staying home with my hubby. But I can bring the Anxiety Shirt if you'd like to see the difference between the two! Just let me know!

Another update. I contacted a trainer here is AZ that is supposed to be excellent. Has treated many famous peoples dogs.. like Senator John McCain's dogs.

I actually feel better today, because I do not feel so helpless.I feel there may be an answer to the problem,. no. I feel there MUST be an answer to this.

They come to your home and also have doggie boot camp.

So we shall see.. I will go and visit Ralphie on Saturday..

I knew Nancy had a dog with her but didn't know it was Ralphie, so glad to hear things are a little better for him and that you are getting stronger. Thank you to Nancy for helping you , she has always been there for me also, she is wonderful.

Just now reading this and so very sorry to hear of your and Bunny's problems and so glad that he is getting some help. When human illness complicates our lives, it seems to doubly complicate our dog's lives sometimes in that they pick up on the stresses and pain of our existence and "shoulder" that in addition to their own problems and anxieties. Hopefully, Ms. Nancy can give him some help and you can work it out so you can have your baby and he can be healthy and happy at home with you in the long run. I will be adding you, Bunny and husband to my prayer list.
