Awwww she is so so sweet, thank you so very much for giving your heart to her :heart to cant wait for her new photos :) |
Tiny is very camera shy. She is starting to show more of her personality. I think she is just feeling stronger. She stands a little taller and is not shaking as much. Today I fixed hamburger for the crew. I fixed hers, she finished it and then went over to Snowy's and had seconds. It does not sound like much, but this is a little one that did nothing but curl in a ball for the first few days. She would eat only if it was put in her bed with her. Maybe later this week I can dress her up and show you all the ever emerging Tiny. I dont want to stress her out too much. It is difficult enough for her to decide which bed she will sleep in much less what outfit she will have to wow you! |
glad to hear that she is starting to come out of her shell! How much does she weigh? |
She is very small and weighs a little over 3 pounds. I just cannot imagine why her former owners were so mean and cruel to her. What could Tiny have done that made them starve her? What could she have done that was so bad that you threw her outside and let her get so bitten and debilitated? She has yet to make a sound. Even eating natural, prime dog food, it is less than a dollar a day to feed her. How could they walk by her every day and see her in such pain? She has only 2 teeth left. She could not bite anyone. She has rarely done her business in the house but she is taken outside to do so. She will finally look in your eye. The open areas on her skin and most of the irritation have healed. Today for the first time Tiny ventured over to me while sitting on the sofa and looked up wanting to be held. Tiny was a hurt, rejected and defeated little dog. It is heartwarming to see her with the rest of the pack to greet me when I come home. I am very happy she has opened her heart again. I will never speak of her former owners again. They are her past. Bless her neighbor that took her in, vetted her and sent her to a shelter that would try to find her a home. Today Tiny gave me the first sign he indeed was now at home. |
That last post just made me cry. |

How lucky she is to now be in a loving home with a very loving mommy. God bless you for being her angel on earth!! |
So glad she is in a loving home now.God bless you! |
Thanks for the great update on Tiny. You are an angel |
Tiny continues to become alive and happy once again! They told me they thought she could not see or hear very good. Well, I think she was just too weak to care. She has been curious and checking out her new surroundings. She lets me know when she is hungry and when she wants to go outside. I went out to do an errand. When I came home Tiny was wiggling her little tail and dancing around with the others. Tiny has definitely settled in. There is a twinkle in her eye, a dance to her step and lots of love around her. I am so grateful for all of the support and best wishes for her. Now, if she would be a little less camera shy, you could all see how pretty she is. Tiny sends hugs and kisses to all! I send a deep appreciation for all of the love and kindness sent her way.:heart to |

Little Tiny This touches my heart. My Maemi was came to me in a really sad ways as well. |
Hello everyone from Tiny! Her sweet personality is starting to emerge. She is stronger, walking with a bounce in her step and for the first time yesterday, she barked when I came home from running errands! The next step will be to have that growth removed from her front leg. Tiny is no longer the sad, withdrawn little girl she once was. This time, her bed was waiting for her when she finished her afternoon adventure. When she is a little stronger, it will be off for a new hair do! |
