| Looking to adopt a yorkie in nyc tri state area Looking to adopt a female yorkie in the NYC tri-state area. I have contacted a yorkie rescue group, but they have seem to make it impossible to adopt. My vet is willing to provide a reference. I currently have an elderly male yorkie 16 or 17yrs old, so I'm looking to adopt an older dog. Last edited by ebmjt; 11-28-2009 at 08:49 PM. Reason: grammer and spelling correction |

| I rescued mine through shih tzu and furbaby rescue. They are not a shelter, but foster many dogs in the tri-state area. They have an application and tons of information on their website. They have lots and lots of Yorkies that need homes.

| It is with heart breaking regret that i must post on her to find a new home for me and my wife's baby. Due current financial crisis me and my wife becoming unemployed we are unable to hold on to our baby. She was recently spayed on the 15th and we really do not want to give her up and would prefer if some one in the NYC area would be interested in fostering her. we are currently staying with a family member who cannot have pets in their complex and my brother was keeping her but recently under went 3 weeks of chemo and is not able to watch any longer. i would provide any thing she needs and would visit often. also if some one is interested in re homing her that would be ok but we would ask for visiting rights, lol any help would be appreciated. please be aware we will be following the advice given in ( A few things to consider if you have decided your pet needs to be rehomed). |
