Cedar Hill, TX - Older female needs help!

Schnauzer? Yorkie? mix ... female, senior. Poor little darling is heartworm positive and looks like she has cataracts.
I am forwarding to other rescues in TX, but I know the chances are probably slim that any have space available. It has been raining yorkies here....so sad.

The older ones just break my heart...they so don't deserve to be put out like trash after giving their unconditional love all their lives. This is when they need to be loved back, unconditionally.
