Yorkies need new homes in Orlando Due to a new baby, we are needing to rehome our male and female yorkies. The male, woody is 7 and the female daisy is 5. Looking for that perfect home furever. We will be very picky on who they go too. Local only and will not ship. Rehoming fee will apply. They have been together since day 1 so I wont seperate them. http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...g/100_0553.jpg http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...g/100_0549.jpg http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...g/100_0544.jpg Thank you so much for your time. |
Your babies are beautiful. Good luck finding them good forever homes. |
You are rehoming them both because your having a baby? |
I'm sorry but I think when people get a dog they really have to think of the future not the now. These dogs can live up to 15 or more years. There is a responsibility in owning an animal. Peoples situations change but all of this has to be taken into concideration. What if your situation changes in 5 or 6 years what are you going to do with your skin baby???rehome it. |
I hope that these poor dogs find a home....too bad that they are so "disposable" when a new baby comes into the picture!!! |
;) You GO! jmdt. That was perfect, my thoughts exactly. I do in-home child care I have 4 infants and you don't see me getting rid of my dogs. YOU WORK IT OUT ! |

 Sadly this is how so many end up in rescue and shelters. They either get too old and are dumped (or) people have skin babies and then decide their pets who used to be their babies are not needed anymore. I do hope they find a nice home. PLEASE MAKE SURE BOTH ARE SPAY AND NEUTERED before placing. No matter how careful you are in trying to find a good home, people are devious and somewhere down the road they may end up in a puppymill or with a bad breeder. Elaine |

It's been posted before on YT but everytime I read or hear of something like this I always go back and read "How Could You" by Jim Willis:cry: then hug the stuffing out of the boys. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...could-you.html |

I am sad about your decision too ! I can't believe anyone who wants to get rid (and that's what it is!) of anything that was your best friend for years! By now, surely there is a routine with your dogs, it can't be that much 'trouble' to feed, let them out and pet them!!! That's all they want ! My heart breaks for these innocent dogs !!! Congrats on your soon to be new arrivals ! I'm sure you'll make a 'good' mom!!!! |
Well, lets try to calm down and not attack even if we all do not agree with what is being done. So with that being said, maybe there is someone on YT that would like to add these two little munchies to their home. I would love to see them go to a YT member or SURRENDERED to a Yorkie rescue in the area. To the OP, please give us a little more information about your rehoming fee, vetting, spay/neuter on them. Let's try to work for a solution and find them a good home. please...............:( |

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that the OP will either be afraid of being bashed or be too embarassed to come back on and tell anything more about her babies. No telling what might happen to them now. Maybe in the future, even if everyone agrees, we should all think about what is best for the babies and not voice our opinions so strongly that we run people away from the site. It would have been nice had she been able to find a loving home on YT for these babies instead of having to turn elsewhere. Just a thought..... |
Try Yorkie Friends Rescue. Their website is the same name.com They are a 503c and operate out of Cocoa Beach FL. Central Florida Yorkshire Terrier Club is another rescue group in the Central Florida area. Both are very good rescues/clubs. We adopted Zeke and Zack from them, and both DJ and Harley D (RIP Boys) from Yorkie Friends. Waive the rehome fee since you are all but surrendering these two "kids". PM me if anyone has questions.
