3 Attachment(s) Thank you for posting sweet camden's pictures. Here are two more of the girls that are looking for homes. Rosie and Annie. Rosie is the mother to Annie. first two of are Rosie 3rd pic is Annie. |
I hope I have straightened out everything with the way I posted. I am not trying to take these dogs away from anyone. :( Please do not think I am that type of person. I was trying to get the info out quickly and although it made sense to me as I was speed typing I can understand it might sound that way. What I told her was that if all other plans fell through for her and they needed to be rehome immediately that she did have a backup plan ie call me and I would call this other rescue on an emergency basis to see if they would take them in. I did not want to make it seem that I was trying to undermind Yorkierose as that was not my intention. If it would have come down to another rescue taking them in as an emergency, it would have been made very clear that I was asking for a favor and that we needed more time to calmly work out a solution.:) She mother did pass away recently but I think from the original thread it seemed she was leaving for a funeral. When we are online the interpritation sometimes gets lost in the mouse click and then it is too late to clarify the confusion. I think we have all been there with this.;) |

what got me like I already mentioned was where you wrote her mom did not just die. and then put the ? mark smilie by it. I too felt like you was questiong me on what I said. and I knew I only repeated what the breeder said to me. so to clear that up this breeder did call me and say her mom just died, thats the exact words she said to me. but when talking to her just now she said she didnt mean right that minute or even day she just ment her mom just died. and in my hassle to get info on where these dogs were going and the mix up in the rescue members name I did think she had to rehome them soon, but the urgency was not on these dogs but on the info I needed to find out where they was going before they was picked up. but they never got picked up. so I just wanted to clear that all up. and none of that is even what this is all about, its about these babies finding forever loving homes. thats all. |

I would take one in a heartbeat if they weren't so far away.:(:( |
So again I will try to explain. if anyone is interested in any of these 5 Yorkies. you can pm me, I will save your pm and info. If the NCrescue does not pick them up or get back intouch with this breeder. then they will go to other homes and I will start with the ones that pm'ed me. if we cant find homes for them then they will prob go to another rescue that megansmomma menioned that was willing to take them all in. these dogs have not been around many people really only the breeder and her Husband. they have never been around small children, they are not use to car rides. They are very sweet dogs and have let me pet them. but it will take them some time to get use to their new owners and area. big changes for them. The ones Rosie and Annie are very very close. they are mother and daughter and when I went to see them moma backed off a little and daughter sit behind her. too cute. they are both very playful and was giving the breeder many kisses. but yet they was a little scared of me, but let me pet them. if you have any questions just pm me. if I cant answer them the breeder can. Oh and these Yorkies are all AKC but they will not come with their AKC papers. The dogs are free to good homes only and they will be spay/nuter before leaving. they will not be used for breeding/ pet only/ some of these are older to old to breed. some have had c-sections so they had problems with delivering pups and some are just to small to breed. so they will be fixed before going to their homes and that cost will need to be paid by their new owners, so your looking at maybe $100.00 for an AKC pet Yorkie. :D |
transporters So that everyone can rest easier and sleep tonight I wanted to repond with a few words about transporters. Most rescues have one or two. We have a great one. She may even be intending to drive to the breeder's OH home Labor Day weekend. I think she mentioned that once. I hope someone will go with her. Transporters belong to transporters mailing lists/groups and they do help one another. To be AWOL is a big no-no! That can get them thrown out of the group. They have blown their credibility and other transporters will not ask them to do anything ever again. New transporters need to know and understand that......Transporters love to ride the roads and trips seem to excite them! Hope this helps! |
Aw, I wish Lilly could handle being around another one in her home :(, I don't think she could though. I even Mapquested how far it is from where I live and it's not too bad. Bless their hearts :(. |
Ok I am confused........can I try to adopt the little boy or not? And if so what do I need to do make this happen? |
I'm happy to help transport if they need to come through Iowa/Nebraska. *offering* :) |
Yorkies Hi- I would love to give one of the dogs a home also. I live in Davenport, Ia--Would be willing to meet half- way. Will be retiring from work and would enjoy having the company of another small yorkie. Donna |

 My confusion here is that you say they will be $100 for an AKC pet Yorkie, but if they are taken in by a rescue then won't they be charging a higher adoption fee? Also, why is it better for them to go to a rescue first and then let the rescue find them new homes, when they could go straight to their new homes right away. I have noticed several people that have said they want one...I am not understanding.. |
I think she is referring to the cost of the spay/neuter for the dogs to be approximately $100.00. They will come with papers as they are registered but the deal is they must be altered. If I'm not understanding - sorry! |
