I just got a Small... I think it's perfect for Riley and he is between 8 & 9 pounds...

I'm a Rubit addict

I have a small for Tuffy, a heart shaped one for Bella & a regular medium for son's kitty. There's not a huge difference between the small & medium but the push part of the clip on the medium is a bigger size. The bigger clip is easier to clip & unclip if you don't have a lot of hand strength.
Make sure to do a google search for the best deal!

I got mine off eBay... Don't remember what I paid though but it wasn't much.

This is where I found it the cheapest. I figured out even with shipping. A few of the companies were cheaper free shipping but you have to spend $75 dollars not worth it.

Also if you are buying more then one. She can combine the shipping. After you make your purchase do not send payment. She can send an invoice through ebay for all items with the revised shipping amount and you can pay from that. I bought 4 and payed only $2 shipping!
