I am not sure on the exact measurements. I just measured the suit and it is 9" long and 5" across. I know it fits up to a 5 pound dog. My little girl Mia is 3 pounds and she has plenty of room in it. My little Boy Murphy is 6 and he does not fit in it comfortably. It also does not have a D ring but does have a hook hole to hook a collar or harness through underneath. Hope this helps, thank you!!
