Mine should be arriving any day now, I can't wait my Prada is a nightmare you name it I have it.. I use a comb on her and she HATES it.. I can't wait to see if this one is what I been longing for.. if not I can always use it on MY hair.. like all the others...:p I share with the silkies...LOL

Ok, I been using the wood pin brush I got from Kristin for about a week now and I have to say I AM IMPRESSED.. my prada has a very dense cotton coat, and I been trying everything and anything I been recomended, this brush has made a HUGE difference, her coat is been free of tangles and matts, and she actually does not run away from me while I am brushing her , she HATEs the combs, I highly recomend this brush for cottony coats.. i am getting a second one for ME..:p

The pad is like metal pin brushes: it is pliable. The
wood pins have give to them like metal pins, but there is something gentle and soothing about them -- and at the same time, they effectively separate and detangle the hair. :)

I agree, Prada right now has a longer coat that usual, she needs to be groomed again, and the brush worked out the mats from her belly very gentle but they came out and her coat is very nice and soft, without any knots in it, I AM IN LOVE...:D:D
beleive me I have used even a $75.00 brush on her and she hate it..:(

We got ours a few days ago, but life and customers got in the way of me responding to the brush. It's very awesome. Super awesome. It works great for when Uni's got a shirt on for days and I've neglected to brush her. This brush is actually better than the Isinus brush and less traumatic to the breakage of the hair. Best package I ever had tossed through my doors. Uni is a silky haired yorkie btw.

I'm glad to hear that the brush is working so well for Uni. As of this week, I have put aside my ISINIS brush and have been using the wood pin brush exclusively. I finally found the right brushing spray for my boys' coats. Combining the spray with the wood pin brush, brushing is a breeze.

I also recommend a wooden pin brush. But for prior show ring time I will use the gold plated CC brush, it truly does reduce static. It is pricey and not for I think, most normal day to day grooming requirements.
