I'm suppose to have my bag delivered today!!!!!

I am SOOOO excited! I just had to share my excitement with someone who cares

lol...all the people around me just think I'm crazy...I hope the FedEx guy can wait until after I get off work..fingers crossed!!

It's here!! It's here!! All I can say is WOW!!! I LOVE IT! I wish they made it in a regular purse too! Took Maddie to Hobby Lobby and one lady said I had a really cute purse! LOL Little did she know that the cutest thing in the world was sleeping inside! No regrets at all! Everyone needs this bag!

We got ours last Sat, love it!! Haven't taken any pictures of it yet though.

I got my large black and white alex today. And I just love, love, love it!! Bentley and Lexi rode it in together today and it worked great. I never thought I would spend that much on a carrier, but gosh they are sooooo worth it! I took them in a beauty salon and everyone just thought I had a big purse till I pulled them out! LOL

Sophie is 4.5 lbs and looks to be 5.5 to 6 lbs when she's grown. I've got a used black Alex bag in Large, and it is a bit bulky to me. Would the small one be TOO small for her when she's bigger or would it maybe be better? If anyone has any pics of their babies in a small Alex Luxe or Alex bag can you post them or direct me to a previous post?

The small will fit Sophie well IMO I dont think it would be too small. Hopefully someone has some pics for you

FYI The Blk alex is not in stock until oct 15 unless KB changes the date again. But they do have the Blk Luxe Small in stock.

the luxe is patent leather right? just out of curiosity, doesn't patent leather retain more heat? i was always afraid to get the luxe thinking it might get too warm inside because of the pvc type material. is that wrong?

Yes its patent. Great question, like most blk items it may attract more heat but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe some here can answer your question.

it does have the mesh vents on both sides to help circulate air.

I was wondering about the patent being too hot, also. I remember as a kid wearing patent leather shoes (black or white), that they made your feet sweat, while other leather shoes did not.

I'm just curious, too. Anyone????

I emailed Kwigy Bo and here is the response from them:

"I have never heard a complaint about the luxe bag being too hot.

The bag has two ventilation panels."

Not sure if this helps or not???
