Question...are the sizes listed the length the belly band will be...or is that the size of the puppy's waist?

The sizes listed are waist sizes...and there is 2 inch wide velcro on the ends for adjustment.

I do have a few 18 inch bands available if anyone needs a larger size.

It's a "Belt" of sorts that covers a male dogs penis. It serves different purposes for different dogs but is mainly used to housebreak puppies (they learn that they don't like the feel of something wet against the skin), prevents marking in the house for intact males...some breeders use them for all their males when a bitch is in season to prevent accidental breeding and lastly... for older males who are becoming incontinent.
