Royce received today his blankie with matching pillow from pamperedpuppalace and I just looove it its sooo cute and very well made :D
Thank you kimmie for the excellent service I received my package really fast,
the blankie and pillow were neatly wrapped Ms Kimmie included a nice thank you card with a cuute yorkie pic on it :D
I will post a pic tomorrow of the set up I will make for Royce's bed with the new pillow and blankie then I will save them for winter time as it's really hot in Montreal :mad:

I must have been real lucky. I got a blanket like this from Salvation Army last month for only .50 They thought it was too small for a baby blanket. DUH? It had dog print on it. I told her it was for dogs and she looked at me like I was crazy.
Duke and Gizmo love it. I take it with us when we go to work so he can get off the floor.

But if you take a closer look the quality of work and fabric is not that great and not worth the price:thumbdown ... i will see what happens when I wash it :rolleyes:

I was thinking about buying a blanket for Livi. You seemed happy with your set at first...was it after you really looked at it that you weren't happy? Just wondering before I buy myself.

When I gave a closer look there is a whole on the side in the pillow and the type of material used is not that great . I didnt wash it yet thought . But I have a feeling this type of blanket wont last long when you wash it .

So what suddenly changed your mind from the time you took the pictures and praised and thanked Kimmie until now??? I happen to own two blankets and pillow sets plus a dog bed and they are beautiful and of the highest quality.

So before posting this negative feedback, did you speak to Kimmie about her concerns so she could address them with you privately???

When you receive a package you are all excited and happy about it, but after taking a closer look my pillow has a hole on the side and the quality of the fabric " according to me " is not that great .

So did you contact Kimmie about your concerns then?

not yet but sure will let her know about the quality of her blankets :thumbdown

How sad that this couldn't have been done in private. :(

You are right when you say that you have the choice and the "freedom" to let others know about bad products. BUT...you should contact the seller first to rectify the problem before trying to publically ruin their reputation. I believe that's proper moral protocol.

I understand that you were very happy at first, and now you see a hole. Could it be possible that your pup was rough housing with the pillow? I know that I have EXPENSIVE toys that I've gotten for Baby (Sniffany and Company, Drooly and Bark, etc) and that girl can get down and dirty with those toys!

And as always, there are always two sides to a story. Sometimes people get upset with one another over something that happened (that has nothing to do directly with the product) and they get finger happy on the forum. But that's just my honest opinion and 3 cents.

I didnt even use the blanket or the pillow my friend came ovver yesterday and was as usual checking Royce's new stuff and he pointed to my attention that there is a whole on the side . I checked it and got upset .

I have bought from Kimmie and very pleased with the pillow and blanket and so it Minnie and my granddaughter loves her. I would recommend her to others.

I think you were rude for posting your comments before talking to Kimmie I'm sure she would have taken care of your problem.:mad:

I have to disagree with you again... quoting my response from your post from another thread:

i have received a blalnket and pillow and I have washed both multiple times my dog likes to drag random things into his bed, one time it was watermelon... AND mine is the orange fabric with cream fabric ... and in my experience birght/dark colors with light colors you must wash carefully, ie cold water etc ... which i did and it washed GREAT looks exactly the same as the day i got it. its withstood at least 4-5 washings now and the color has not bled, the ends aren't frayed or anything, and the embroidery hasn't had a snag or anything (amazing since two dogs have been fighting over it. lol)

So if you got quality issue, I am going to have to disagree with you, and say that I LOVE my blanket b/c of the GREAT quality of the fabric and uniquness of the print is why i love my blanket.

If you have some other issue with your product or buyer, take it up with her ... to me it seems like you're trying to bash her product to everyone ... b/c you have posted on almost every post that mentions pampered pup palace .. and this is wrong. the correct way to go about this would be to settle with the buyer privately the matter, if that does not go well, inform admin, then post your own review thread.... wait a minute you did, and said you liked it. this is very fishy as are your actions.:thumbdown

I have only heard good things about her products, more than twice so i would think she is doing something right :)

And after you got upset, did you contact her to see if she would make it right? Obviously you did not. Why didn't you?

Again, I can understand your frustration, but please, next time contact the seller first. :(

Thanks for understanding my frustration by the title of this section is "yorkie products and reviews" and I'm free to give my review on a product I bought .

Look, I'm not going to argue with you, nor am I going to agree; and I don't think you will agree you are wrong. As I stated, there is proper moral and business protocol that you didn't follow. And truthfully, I think you're mad about something else. But unlike you, I will not post that kind of "business" on here.

Now, you do sell charms, don't you? Or am I mistaken? Say a person recently bought a charm from you and a stone was missing or the link broke. And then they come on here and said your product quality is :thumbdown ? Would you have hoped they contacted you first before coming on here and posting a bad review? I know I would have!

Well, then, I guess you've made your point. But I'm a little different. Guess it has to do with me owning my own business now. Owning a business and just "selling" something you have (and selling nothing else) is a bit different. I'd want a customer to come to me first. But, that's just me.

I hope this can all get resolved without it truly getting ugly.
