Yorkie Chairs

Ok well I was dying to get one of these chairs after I saw this thread so I went and got Bailey one TODAY!!!! I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond and they had both colors Blue & Pink, but of course I got my manly man the blue one it was 19.99........its so cute here are pics of Bailey in it!!

In the first pic he was smiling and blushing at the same time that his eyes was close, he was saying "Aww mommy you shouldn't have.... I LOVE IT!!"

No I seen him jump out a few times and it didn't tip......what is the size of your babies that can make a difference too

My 5 pounders are tipping mine but mine is from Walmart.

I had that happen too I just set them in a corner now and they can get in and out with out tipping

After reading about everybody's chair I decided to go see if Bed, Bath and Beyond had them in their store here. They had a navy and a pink. They also had a taller, larger one on rollers. I ended up with the $20 pink one. My girls love it. I was hoping they might both sleep together in it. So far, only one at a time. I do think I need to attempt to make a washable cover for it. That sounds like something for my "TO DO LIST." If I can successfully make a washable cover I may go get another one for the other dog. They are just too cute. Actually, I first saw the chair back in November and thought about getting it for my Alyssa's birthday. When I went back to buy it I could not find the website. At that time I was going to order a purple one. I love this pink one. It is not expensive and is perfect for a yorkie. I just need to sew a washable cover for protection.

After seeing this thread, i went to our BBB but they had sold out. Trotted over to the PetsMart and viola! They had the pink or blue ones from Bucchi. It was $40 but the girls just LOVE IT!! I like the idea of the removable cover too. No problem with tipping.

Ohhhhh nooooooo......another thing I HAVE to get for Max, LOL. My hubby's gonna put the parental control lock on my computer at this rate, LOL. I find the GREATEST stuff here, LOL .

I'm off to BB&B for a chair for Max. Those are really cute. Wish they came in brown or green though, haha.....everything must match !

OH my gosh....truer words were NEVER spoken, ROFL ....I cant' even believe I did this today; after seeing the cute doggle sunglasses, I had to go see what they looked like ...now, I'm not really sure WHY I thought that going out in 110 degree heat would be a good idea at 2 in the afternoon, but I did....and I don't end up with sunglasses for MAX....I get some for ME (ONLY b/c they didnt' have the style I wanted in the right size for Max) . I can't believe this, but Doggles make sunglasses for PEOPLE that match the ones for the dogs, LOL . I have so many pairs of sunglasses and just got a new pair of Chanel ones....if my husband sees ANOTHER pair, he's going to have me committed . Oh well, I'll just say it was the heat that got to me. Besides, these were ONLY $20...and they're almost like my most favorite pair of shades (which are scratched of course and DK doesn't make them anymore in that style).

Anyhow, I did check out the chairs too...but by then, I'd spent all my money, haha....so I'll get one next week. They've got the pink, navy and purple ones here. I checked them out and I think you could (if you're handy with a sewing machine) make a cover to go over it out of whatever you wanted and just make it big enough to fit over the edges a few inches and put elastic around the edges (in a casing of course), or you could make it so that it fits over the entire seat and sew sort of straps that could go on the top, bottom, and two sides that you could put velcro on the ends to secure the straps to each other.
Hey, I'll bet there's a really talented and creative person here who makes dog stuff who could do a great job of removable (and interchangeable) covers .

Like I said, my husband is going to put me on computer or at least, Yorkietalk restriction, LOL.
