I ordered my Minksheen like almost 2 weeks ago, and still haven't gotten it. Does it take this long? I never even got a confirmation e-mail from them...???

I had my sample within a week of ordering it. I got a conformation email the same day.... you might want to contact them again.

I also got a confirmation email the same day, and it was at my doorstep 5 days later. Maybe your order didn't go through? After you contact them make sure you check your credit card statement to see if the charge went through. That would suck to have to pay twice!

It did go through beacause I was charged on my bank account.. So... I contacted them but they are closed today.

i requested a sample and got a confirmation and the sample within 5 days! and we live in the same state so there must be a error somewhere on their part!!

This shampoo lathered SO nicely on both Jaden and Jewelina! It cleaned their coats thoroughly but not in a harsh way :thumbup:
I loved the fact that it has a coat conditioner within the shampoo so you only have to use one bottle to get everything done! I also loved that it has Vitamin E in it to help sooth dry skin problems and citronelle, eucalyptus and cedar oil to help keep away biting insects when they are outside! :thumbup:

I did have my doubts when I started rinsing this stuff off, it was gone within a minute, every little residue of it, and I normally rinse them of for 4-5 minutes sometimes longer because I don't feel like everything has gotten off of them but with this stuff it felt like we were staying under the faucet too long because it was all gone so fast! :eek: After their timer went off I really felt like I needed to put some conditioner on them. I'm used to their coats feeling silky and soft right after I rinse them off and MinkSheen doesn't do this. However, I heeded the advice I had been given and did not put any kind of conditioner on them. I got them out of the tub and towel dried them and then blow dried them with the blow dryer heating set on low. After that I gave their coats a good brushing with my M. Pearson brush and CC buttercomb. As I started brushing them I noticed their coats getting softer and silker with each stroke. It was literally like magic! I have used many different products on their coats but have never, ever had results like these. Their coats are even softer and silker than normal and the shine is unbelievable! :eek: As if that wasn't enough, the smell is just incredible! It smells like some high end mens cologn like Gucci or Armani! I am so pleased with this product. We have looked long and hard to find something we would stick with and MinkSheen 4 in 1 Pet shampoo and coat conditioner will absolutely be on our shelves ALWAYS!
Is there only one place to purchase Minksheen Pet Shampoo? Where has anyone found a deal on the product and is it only available via the internet?

I ordered my sample on Tuesday the 7th and it's now Friday the 10th and already got the sample and they didnt even send me a email back saying they were going to send me the sample. So on Thursday i placed and order for it anyway it dosent smell bad like somepeople were saying i will do the test tomorrow when i bathe Rocky :aimeeyork

Just gave my babies a bath in Mink Sheen, they were outside rolling around in worms or rabbit poop - I don't know, they were discusting! I couldn't even be in the house with them. They smell great now, their coats are so soft and silky, i can't stop lovin on them! I love Mink Sheen and have tried lot's of products. I wish I would have bought a gallon of the stuff. I absoloutely love the smell.

i bathed rocky too in this shampoo and i like it because it's not thick it lathers up but it's not thick and he smells absolutley yummmy


i already ordered the 16oz should be getting it soon

I just called the 800-number on their website and requested a sample. They took my info. and said they would have it sent. That was super easy!! :) Im so excited to try it out on Avery..I need to give her a bath but now i want to wait till i get the delivery!! Im a hairstylist, so no wonder i would be excited about some shampoo for my lil girl. haha.

I do have a question though.. MY LIL GIRL(of all people) is freaked out by the blowdryer. This should be second nature to her right?? haha. just kiddin'. i usually ATTEMPT to blow dry her.. but she usually just isn't having it. So i dry her real well with the towel and continue to brush her until she's dry. Does she have to be blowdried to get the results.. i am TRYING to get her used to it, but until she is, any suggestions??

Warning on Minksheen
 
This is just my opinion on the Minksheen product i received my sample on Saturday my baby has been fine with the Petsilk buti wanted to try something new. So i bathed him on saturday and sunday afternoon when i got home i noticed these red bumps if you click on the link below you will see.

I took Rocky to the vet and the vet said he is most likeley allergic to one of the ingredients in the shampoo. Thank goodness he is all better now, although i placed an order for the bigger shampoo already which i will not be using.

But i sent a email to Mink sheen and this is what they said:

Order has already shipped. Costs us too much to intercept it. Did you dilute the shampoo with water. Some dogs get hives if you don't dilute it. When you receive it if you don't want to keep it you can send it back for refund or pass it on to a friend.

I dont recall seeing anywhere on the sample bottle it saying to dilute it. I know alot of you love this shampoo i liked it as well but just a warning to test it out on your pup like on their leg or something before using it on their whole body. Not knocking the product just informing everyone of what i went through.

I tried to ask this question on another post, but no one replied. Is minksheen ok for puppies? Also, I heard it isn't good to brush your dog dry. What is ok to use on her and how often and what kind of brush is best for her? She has no mats and is sort of fluffy. She is 4 months today yay!
