New COACH Doggie Carrier is now avail!
 
Coach just released 500 of the 2006 Dog carriers to the general public!! They are limited edition but totally adorable. If anyone wants a pic let me know!! They are not on the Coach website but I did see one on Ebay for sale way over the retail!! Just in time for the holidays!!

The carriers are only sold thru the catalog not in stores. I just called Coach and placed an order giving them the item number 60094.

That's exactly why I ordered it!! It is $398 due to it being a limited edition. I would usually not spend that much on a carrier but since it has a compartment for me then its more of a purse/carrier and boy have I spent much more than that on a purse! I am sure they will sold out quick so that is why I jusmped on it right away. Geez it has not even sold out and they are already selling it on Ebay for $100 more than retail?? I wish that buyer would have called Coach first...

anyone know the measurments of the carrier. I have a teapot pup whose 10 lbs.. but i LOVE the bag.

any ideas if its big enough for him?

Length: 17in Height: 12in Width: 9in I think it's big enough for him. The carriers are big and very sturdy. The sides don't give at all so they are very roomy.

Oh great, definitely shouldn't have opened this thread. I'm addicted to Coach and have been waiting for them to come out with their carrier. :eek: I may have to make a call to Coach tomorrow... my bf is going to kill me.

So how do I get one? Do they have them at coach stores? or do you just have to call them and try and order it? My hubby changed his mind and is actually going to let me have one!!!!! Wooohooooo:p Well, that is if I can figure out where or how to get one.

When I was at Coach about a month or so ago, the sales girl told me about the new dog carriers, and I'm pretty sure she said they would be in the stores. Maybe not yet, but hopefully they will be. I'd rather see the carriers in person before I buy them just incase Rocky doesn't fit in them.

The operator I spoke to said it must be older if there isn't a picture I told her it was Brand New & a limited Edition she said she couldn't tell but they had over 500

I would call. If it is like any other year they will be gone really fast.
I thought maybe they would sell more this year (like other top designers) but if you believe the person that listed it on ebay (1 of 400 carriers) it doesn't sound like it.

OK because I am crazy and you guys got me all riled up, I called and asked about it - the operator I spoke to says that he sees more than 400 available, so he said it didn't look like a "limited edition"

They are $398.00 plus about $8.50 shipping and tax depending on your location - soooo if anyone gets one you must post pics and reviews!

I just got the "Chrome Bones" bag from TinkerbellsCloset.com and I just don't think that I can afford to shell out $400 for a carrier, no matter how cool!!
