Kathryn! That bag looks FABULOUS on you!!!! I love the style of it, now I am contemplating getting it...well trying to reason why I need a third carrier hahaha I did not forget about you :):) I have been secretly working on something :p I hope the furbabies are doing well!!!! She swims in it.. But in a good way... Its perfect... But if she were 6 it would be just as awesome.... I just would not have room for as much of my stuff;) but big deal... lol |

Ahhhhh but you need not reason at all!!! as its not another Carrier!!! Its a Bag!;) lol And I think that Bag makes me look pretty darned good!!! I mean really... without that bag.... Would I really look super Fab waiting for the elevator??? I think not! lol I sooooo Wish I had a Co-Pilot today!!!! I had to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter today and I had Pixie and Paris in the car with me.... I needed the cake, ice cream, toilet paper, and Marshmallows..... Well... I was a good 10 min's from home and running out of time, so I put the girls in my "Bag" and ran in to Albertsons Grocery Store! I went to the bakery.... Picked out the cake, told her what to write on it... waited while she wrote... got Ice cream... Ran and got TP, then searched for what seemed like forever... and then had to ask two clerks where the marshmallows were.... Found them and then went to check out.... realized that my wallet was wedged between two yorkies!!! lol So I just unzipped my bag, dipped my hand in and grabbed my wallet and pulled it out and zipped it right back up! and paid! I was in and out! And undetected!!!! I so scored!!!! And it saved me easily 20 to 30 minutes... I just wish I had gotten pictures of the sneak to post! Darn.... Maybe next time.... lol |
great bag. maybe santa will bring me one!:) |
LOL! Too funny! I think the bag looks awesome too and I'd love to get one BUT I just KNOW old hubby would have a Sh$t FIT if I spent that much on a bag for my babies! MEN !!!!!! They just don't get it do they????? NEVER! I listed a whole bunch of items on ebay so maybe I'll just save up for it. He'll never need to know the $$$.....now will he!! Quote:

Hi! Sorry, I've been out of town-my son was shooting sporting clays at a tournament out of town.....He won his class!!! Well - I got my cable from Radio Shack-Now, how do I do this? I can see where to plug it all in, but howdo you load them from the camera to the computer? I have a Kodak Easyshare DX7630. Thanks-Kay |

Congratulations on your son's win! I don't need the model number now, I assume you got the right cable ... if you have the guide book, use their directions ... if not, plug the cable in to connect camera to PC; then turn the camera on; your PC should recognize the new hardware ... if it doesn't show up in itz own window (or the WIZARD window).. go to settings >control panel >cameras and scanners it should show there ... click it and the camera should show up as an icon ... click that and the PC should tell you that the pictures are being transported to the PC ... using MS Scanner and Camera Wizard ... if you are saving all the pix then select a name and destination for the pix (Usually MY DOCUMENTS > Kay's pix) then click (Nothing I am finished working with these pix) click NEXT then click FINISH. MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER WHERE YOU PUT THE PIX. Hope this helps ... Debbie |
Thanks-I am going to try it tonite. I really appreciate the help.....When I get the bag, I should be able to post photos!!! Kay |
That is a GREAT bag. Perfect for the short stop at the market and places like Target where they don't allow dogs. I hate to be the downer on this thread..but as a nurse I suggest you don't take your pup into the ICU. The people in there are hight susceptible to infection and germs.:( |

I read this thread and kept my mouth shut, but I totally agree with you! THere are reasons as to why there are so many strict rules for ICU: Peoples lives are on the line! To break a rule that has a good reason behind it and be proud of it is beyond me:mad: |
Hey... She was supposed to die! She was comming back from the dead!.... I know it was wrong.... But she was in a PRIVATE room..... And Pixie was not exposed at all to anyone else.... And in hindsight I agree it was not the right thing to do.... But I am impressed that I was able to "pull it off" Impressed with my behavior?? Not so much... But like they say.. Hindsight is 20/20... and my regular purse that I set down on the bathroom floor harbors way more threats than Pixie does.... And we won't even talk about the ICU nurse who dropped his glove on the floor and picked it up and put it on right in front of me! I called him on it! He said the gloves were to protect him! lol Then he checked the Incision from her sugery.... hmmm.... But that does not make what I did right... I know |
3 Attachment(s) You know, I was skeptical, but I was so HOPEFUL that this would be the amazing bag...and I waited and I waited - and DAMN was it worth the wait!! I don't have pictures yet but... Buddy is about 6.25 lbs he's not a small pup. He didn't look thrilled when I asked him to get in, and he's usually climbing into ANY bag I have! Finally I picked him up and put him in it - it's the PERFECT size so that he can pop his head out the top and be very close to me. also, he stays right next to my body all the time so he was VERY comfortable. Then came the test. I said "get inside" and he popped his head down, I zipped it up, and we walked around the house. He was silent! He was motionless! He loved it!! I loved it! It was like carrying him, but not! I don't know who designed this bag, but it's awesome. And I had to fight the same issues - I already have 2 other bags (also, one other one with a broken zipper - anyone good at fixing zippers? It can be yours!) - but my excuse is: One is his travel on the airplane bag (Sherpa) and one is his cheap (12.99 at Target online) carrier that has no top and can't really keep him from jumping out. THIS is the ultimate carrier. It's so awesome I had to get online before I've even fully explored it just to say "she's right! it's awesome!" So I promise not to go to the ICU, but it will be great to sneak him into the office (where everyone loves him, but not security) or quick trips to the store when I don't want to leave him to be stolen. Thanks SO MUCH Kathryn! Now I am stylish with my little sidekick! Especially when he is wearing his BRAND NEW fleece jacket from Tinkerbell's Closet which he and I both love to death! Look: (blurry pic is so you can see the color, which is a Royal Blue) Shanatink is an ARTIST. I am ecstatic. |
