Pics: Bf and Aft using Missing Link 4 Attachment(s) As you can see, I am a huge fan of Missing Link supplement! Thank you to all of those here on YT that recommended it to me! I used to think Hobbs had a cottony coat (first & second pics), but as you can see, he actually has a super shiny silky coat (third & forth pics). Just wanted to share some before and after pics in case anyone is thinking about using Missing Link and just can't decide if they want to or not. BTW, I do not personally sell this product, so I will not profit from this review in anyway ;) |
He is a doll!!!!! I will definitively have to try Missing link. Thanks! |
what a cute babe!! |
Wow! I think I'll have to buy some of that next time I'm at PetSmart. |
Wow that is a great review! Big difference! I've been using it and love it also. Gracie had a bad grooming experience and I was beginning to think her hair would never grow out. I started her on Missing Link and and seemed like her hair just took off. Very shiny too. Spike and Sugar have been on it for most of the time I've had them so I don't really know what they would look like without it. They are both cotton coats though so no shine. |
Aww! I'm going to look into it. :) |
What a difference! My second yorkie has a coat similar to Hobbs in the first two pics. It is really hard to brush and gets matted and tangled so easily, so I have been debating using it for quite some time. Do you give it to both your yorkies? How do you make sure they get the right dose and not over or under dose? I have two so that is the only thing I am worried about... I wish that it came in a pill form. Also, I am assuming you got the smallest bag. (8 oz. I think?) do you use the entire thing before it expires? Thanks. |
I have been using it based on a recommendation on here and it has made a great difference in Cali's coat and skin. Ir also seems to help her tummy. I have been usung it for 3 months. I started out with a small amount and worked up to 2/3 of a teasponn. Cali weighs 4 1/2 lbs. I divide it up in her 3 meals each day. The bag has to be refrigerated once opened and is good for 90 days. I put it in a ziplock bag and write the date on it that I bought it. |

Right now I just have mine on chicken soup which has fatty acids and brewers yeast which also has fatty acids and some treats too. Their coats are so much prettier and shinier since I have done this. Would adding the missing link be too much or would it even work since they already have those ingredients??? |
MIssing link Can someone please tell me what type of supplement this is. I had heard about it a little while ago but do not remember what its primary benefit was. Someone had suggested it for Reese for her joints since she has trouble with her hips, so I do see that they have missing link plus, for joints. Other than increasing the shine to their coats and hopefully making their joints feel better with the plus formula what are the benefits. If she is on a weight loss prescription food, will this add unnecessary calories and interfere with her weight loss? How does this supplement come, is it a kibble or a powder. I had tried to open up a couple of their websites, but am having difficulty opening the websites. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks. By the way your yorkie looks adorable and extremely silky. Randy |
Here's a link that describes Missing Link and what it's for... I use it too and Oscar's only been on it for a month or so but it seems to already have helped his digestive system (healthy bm's on a much more regular basis and fewer occurances of diarrhea). http://www.designinghealth.com/produ...ucts_main.html |
These pics definitly got me wanting to invest in this. How much is it? Patti, where do you find it at in this area? |
missing link Thank you for the link. I did see it and it sounds great. I am only to assume that the missing link plus, which I would need only comes in the one type.. for Dogs.. unlike the regular formular which comes for small, dog, and large dog. I would hope the plus in the regular dog version will be fine. I also saw that it doesn't come in the 8oz size which might be because it is new. I am going to take your advice and invest in the 1 lb bag for for the one type of dog size and hope that I see as great results in Reese as all of you have seen in your yorkies. Thanks again. Randy |

Wow that's a big difference. I am a bit reluctant to try it. Are you guys sure that it wouldn't have any bad effects? Does anyone know if there is an age limit? Mia is going to be 4 months tomorrow, and I don't want to mess up her system when she is so young. Has anyone consulted a vet before using this product? |
