Has Anyone Purchased from Tinker Bells Closet? I have purchased over $60.00 worth of products, and haven't received my items, its been a couple of weeks. I have emailed everyday this week just to followup on my order with no response. Has anyone ordered from http://tinkerbellscloset.com did you every received your merchandise? thanks |

Yes I have! A couple of times actually..Shana is a member here (shanatink) and is the sweetest! She handmakes most of her items, so depending on what you got, it takes a long time..She also gets ALOT of orders and processes them in the order that they came in.. Both of my orders took about 3 weeks to get here, but tey were so worth the wait! :) You can also check on the website if your order is still processing or has been delivered..Be patient..itll come! :) |
Yeah I agree with Heather... just remember, she is hand making all of her stuff.. and there are a lot of other people who have orders in with her.. like me!! I'm waiting on a couple things as well that I ordered from her. She is very reliable.. don't worry.. I'm sure she is just busy. |
Don't Worry Hi! I have ordered from Tinkerbells Closet Several times, with no problems. I have also e-mailed Shana to follow up on my orders and she has always wrote back with an update. As soon as your items are ready to be shipped she will e-mail you with the tracking number. :thumbup: |
I've ordered from her in the past, also. And she had great customer service and I did receive my merchandize. I even had to return an item and she refunded me promptly and without question. So I would say she is quite reputable. I would not worry too much. You will get your stuff. |
2wildncrzyorkies I receive many emails daily and try to answer them as quickly as possible. I also personally handmake many of my products and they are made once they are ordered in the order that they are received in. For this reason I have it stated on my website to allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. I try to get them out as soon as possible of course, and it is my personal goal to have them out and in my customers hands in less than 2 weeks but when I get a large amount of orders in it may take closer to the 3 weeks to receive your item and this is why it is stated on the website to possibly allow this much time. And any time it takes 3 weeks or if I have a problem and a order is late I always compensate my customers wether it be with a gift certificate or free gift. I apologize but I do not recognize you username nor do my records show any emails from anyone everyday this week so I am not sure why I am not receiveing your emails. So please pm me with your name and I would be more than happy to check the status of your order. :) |
I have ordered form Tinkerbells closet many times and never had any problem. Many of the items on the site are hand made so it takes time to get those. You will get your order Shana is great and it will be worth the wait her items are so cute. |

I am not saying Shana is not a good person. I have never ordered from her before, and its wonderful she handmakes the items. I am sure all of you that have ordered from the internet are a little caution and since my email for some reason were never received, but all of a sudden were answered quickly from Shana after my post, it make me wonder. I just asked a simple question "had anyone ordered from there before"? I just wanted to get a status check on my order I don't think it was unreasonable. I can not imagine making all that cute stuff by hand I can't sew ANYTHING... So ladies CALM DOWN PLEASE...just wanted a status check with a company/person I had never used before. An email everyday this weeks without a response made me wonder what happen to my order. Thanks Shana, for finally answering my email, I look forward to getting my items :) |
I think that the ladies of YT were just defending one of their own. And they were sharing their experiences with Tinlkerbells Closet! They were saying that Shanatink is talented and that they all loved what they received. They were by no means attacking you! |
We have had a lot of this happen lately, and very unfortunatley I think it has run off some good members. Please try to contact people privately before posting a concern about a fellow member's business on the forum... Please atleast pm people before posting in public....I'm sure she was devastated to see your post. I know I would be. |
Lola I appreciate that. It actually feels good that everyone is so please with her stuff. That is why I ordered from Shana, the clothes looked SO CUTE... Maybe everyone is PMS-ing :D. I really didn't mean to cause such a fuss. I was just getting a status check on the company. I ordered some dog bows once and the lady didn't answer my emails, but come to find out her family were victim of Katrina, I felt so bad I told her keep my money and good luck to you. I was actually hoping nothing terrible had happen to Shana/Tinkerbell closet since my emails weren't responsed too. I consider myself a patient person with just a bit of communication is given back to me. I don't care if it takes her 4 weeks to make my things because my lil' Sweet Pea is not fond of clothes, I just wanted a little communication. |
