We are all protective of our friends....I can assure you that Shana and Tinkerbellscloset.com are wonderful...I have ordered many things and they are well worth the wait. In terms of internet commerce I found Shana to be very quick. It is important to remember that TC is only Shana and not JCrew. You will be pleased with your order.

Now that I know who you are and the situation you are refering to I would like to explain what happened so everyone knows you are not trying to personally attack me and that I was not ever trying to ignore you. You emailed me after you placed an order asking if I could make you a matching harness vest to one of the dresses you purchased. I emailed you back and said yes and said I would send you a paypal invoice. Well I have been extremely busy and was not able to pause long enough this past week to send that paypal invoice and to be honest it slipped my mind :embarasse for a few days as I was still working on orders that were placed before yours. About a week later you sent me an email asking about the status of your order. It is stated in 3 places on my website, as well as the receipt that you are emailed once you place an order how long to expect for your order to take. Your order was at a week and half when you sent this and it was well within the time frame stated on the website so in my mind the auto-responder email that you received would have answered this question (and I apologize for not answering the question personally but the auto response email that I set up is designed to answer FAQs so that I can spend more time working on orders and less time emailing people about FAQ questions and questions that are answered on my website). Your next email was that I saw was wednesday asking the status of your order and about the status of the paypal invoice for the vest so I sent an email today to tell you your order was finished and being sent out today and that I went ahead and made the harness vest at no charge as my apology for my lack of taking care of sending that invoice immediately - I know I am completely at fault for that.

So I am truly sorry I never meant to make you feel like I was not answering your email about the status and I thought your email was taken care of when the autoresponse was sent, and ignoring you was never my intention. I am also very sorry that I didnt send you that invoice right away. I hope you like your items. :)

All of this got out of hand, by me just asking " Has anyone done business with tinkerbellcloset". I dont know anyone personally on this site. All I expect back was yes, tinkerbell closet is a reputable company and its okay. Not be to attack.

Im glad everything is resolved - I think it was not that people were attacking her at all, but it is always a bit worrying when you buy from someone new, and with the slight hiccup on the communication, I might have been the same. Its nice to have so many friends though!!

I am glad everything is resolved too. It just sounds like a communication misunderstanding. Your gonna be real happy with your clothes. Tinkerbells Closet is my favorite place to order dog clothes.
