| Bump? I am wondering if anyone else has had to go to homeopathic remedies for fleas and ticks due to their dog having health issues

| I hate putting pesticides on Katie, but I do. It would be wonderful if this worked, but it's the first I heard of it, so I can't judge it's effectiveness. I wonder if you would get more responses in the Health forum.

| I used Frontline Plus last year, but this year I am using Advantix II. I was really terrified to try something different on Katie because of everything I've read. After a year of being on Frontline, my friend's Bichon had neurological issues . It may not have been the Frontline, but the vet came up with no other cause for these sudden issues, and she found research online about these problems with some dogs on Frontline. Advantix is a much smaller dosage than Frontline, it seems It has been nine days, and Katie had no issues on the Advantix II. If there was a way that I could do without these medications, I would love to stop them. However, I don't want to put Kate at risk for tick-borne diseases. If you find anything without chemicals that really works, please share that with us. Otherwise, maybe switching to a different medicine might work better for your little girl.
