| Newest Indoor Dog Toilet. What Do You Think? My boyz go on washable pee pads, but they are larger-sized Yorkies, aka Teapots!!! LOL They pee a lot! I need to replace the pads, but Pooch Pads have gotten way too expensive!! Before I research another brand, and because I'm always doing laundry, I want to invite your comments about buying the new product State of the Art Dog Toilet. It looks perfect to me, but I have no testimonials. Why has no one purchased this item???? Sold on his website, on Ebay, and on Amazon, but I don't see an actual sale. Let me know what you think. Hubby is concerned that the boyz will not accept the grate. Home |

| It's an interesting concept... I know my two wouldn't use it. How would dogs know that it's their potty?

| The video doesn't mention how you do the "once a week" cleaning. I just don't think I'd want to clean a weeks worth of pee at one time. I think I'll stick to my washables. |

| The website explains how to train and how to empty the tank in detail, but no, it does not have a video. That makes me wonder. I have to check out YouTube for videos of this product. I would place a used pee pad or a piece of one on the grate and offer a "special" treat for doing peepee. I would have to invest in training time again. I would need 2 units placed together, and would empty it more than once a week. BTW, there are pet toilets that actually hook up to your plumbing and flush!!! I don't have any space for it!!! Please keep sending your comments and thoughts! |

| Hummm I watched the Pet Potty video and read the information. Unfortunately you have to email them about a price. That makes me wonder . I would be VERY interested if they were upfront and disclosed prices without having to email them. |

| With similar products, a lot of dogs don't like walking on the grates. Once a week cleaning --- no way.

| Mmm I'm getting a new puppy in Feb and I really want to try this. We live in a condo right now and the complex only has rocks and we don't have a patio haha. A lot of other tenants have big dogs too so I would rather Penelope use the potty inside as much as possible. My mom has always used puppy pads but they are so expensive and between three dogs (two Yorkies and a Chihuahua, 3 out of 4 times they rip them to shreds and eat the pieces, especially when there is 1-2 pees on there. This thing says it has a lifetime guarantee.... I'm just so nervous because there are only 4 reviews on it and like OP said, they aren't sold through Amazon but on their website or on ebay. It's also super ugly lol I'll let you guys know if I get it and what my puppy thinks about it. Also, someone on Amazon said to get a pet odor enzyme to put into it before you use it so it doesn't stink when you use it. I really don't want to use puppy pads or litter! (oh and I'm talking about the "State of the Art" one not the plumbing one. I don't like that the second one doesn't give you the price up front) :/ Last edited by Milkpop; 12-12-2012 at 11:15 AM. |
