They may be having it shipped from KB, which would be fine if I could get in to contact with someone. But the fact that their phone has been disconnected and they won't reply to my email requests kind of bothers me.
It was the Alex in B&W, which specifically says in stock on the KB website..

I am not sure if this is the right forum but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the site or business? It is called Shi Shi Pets. Also, any thoughts on what I should do? My mom said I made a mistake by using a debit card instead of credit because there's nothing my bank can do now...
Oh my goodness...me, too! :mad: In fact my husband was calling there today to try to straighten things out! I ordered mine in MARCH because I wanted it before I left for Spring Break and he said he had one! Every time I have reached the "guy"/Gary...btw, (for months now) he says he'll check, and he's been busy because he's "in the middle of moving". This makes me so furious; I could have had one so long ago if I'd just gone to Ryan, but I had to go and try to rush things. :( They have an online site, so I'm hoping there's some way to get our money back...and then it's to RYAN I go!

In my case (which is like the OPs but since March) they said KB would be shipping it directly to me. Of course, they've said this about 6 times. :(:mad:

I got an email from KB saying they would ship it this week and they would notify "Gary." He then emailed me (after I sent three emails saying I would contact the BBB and then telling him that I had handled it on my own) saying they were in the middle of moving and that it had only been 2 weeks (my card was charged on July 11th...) They said they would "ship it tomorrow" (this was 4 days ago) so if I don't receive it by Friday I will probably start throwing a fit again haha.

Wow. Makes me really appreciate the service I received through Ryan a lot more. I ordered mine and had it within days. So glad that I didn't have to deal with all that you two are having to deal with. I am so sorry you are having all this trouble. Thanks Ryan for taking care of your customers! :)

I would not deal with that nonsense at all. I would simply call my bank and get a refund and then order from Ryan. Simple as that.

Good idea. I think I have to agree with you there. Looks like they are getting the run around by this guy. :(

I agree! I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I've been very busy with a lot of things, or I would have noticed that so much time went by! :mad:

I keep checking online, and still no shipping number. However, I think since KB has gotten involved now I should be receiving it... I hope.
I really need the darn bag haha... I have been carrying Roxie around in her Sherpa (which she LOVES, btw) but it looks like a suitcase and it's definitely more noticeable. We got kicked out of Aeropostale the other day... I don't even like that store! I am giving it until Thursday to get here, since I will be out of town on Friday.

Just got my KB in the mail today! And what do you know, Roxie doesn't fit. Soooo if anyone is looking for a brand new small, b&w alex, pm me haha. Oh darn, I don't want to go through this process again. Ryan, if I can get someone to take this one, I will order the large from you

Thanks. I looked in to doing that, but you have to be a donating member to post things for sale. So I listed it on Ebay and hopefully I'll get some hits.
