				   | Of the products listed, I prefer Coat Handlers. I have found it to be an excellent product and very reasonably priced |

				   | ok ![]() I have been using Pet Silk, but his coat is so dry right now i don't know whats best for dry coat. I always use detangling spray when i groom him, and spray a litle water on the coat before i brush it and comb through. I used Bio Groom once but its so expensive here in Iceland , and his coat was not good when i used it. Any other reccomands ?There are alot of coat products i can get here in Iceland, but not as many as in Usa i don't remember all the names of all the products ![]() There is one thing i wanted to ask about too. What kinda combs and brushes do you yorkie people use ?Fido has short coat now but he's growing it out, i'm planing on letting it grow to floor-length ![]() Sorry if my english is not good!

				   | Zhoie has a cotton coat and I have tried so many products, I believe I could start a store, lol. We have been using IV San Bernard for a few months now and it has the best results, especially for her coat type of any other products I've ever used. We have several of the their products and you use them in combination. If you go to their website and get set up, then request a representative contact you, they will call and you can discuss what would work best for the coat type, etc. On the upside, if you don't face the issues I have with Zhoie's coat, there are several wonderful products out there.

If Iv San Bernard is not available to you, of the brands you've listed I would use Plush Puppy or maybe a couple of the Vellus products, like their Satin Cream. Btw....your English is very good!

				   | There's Royal Treatment line of shampoos & conditioner from some italian prince that I saw on HSN who claims they have the best natural ingredients for dog's hair. I ordered some and it is nice and smells really good too. |

I have used Plush Puppy, and Biogroom, and Vellus. So product by product My boy is show, he has pure silk coat. Plush puppy I liked and used first with #1 All systems shampoo, when he was a puppy. As he matured I branched out and have been very pleased with Isle of Dogs, and Ives St Bernard. I still use the Biogroom Silk conditioner which I'm very pleased with. For wrapping the coat I highly recommend Moroccan Oil or Argon Oil it is light weight and nuturing for the hair. Vellus I was disappointed with in terms of shampoo and conditioner. But I love their Satin Cream, and anti static spray. Again these are great tools for show dogs. What is best for Yorkies depends on so much, the kind of coat you have, the water you use to wash with, the climate there, the type of heat in your home etc. You need to experiment a bit.

Vellus and Plush Puppy cost more than the others. Shipping can be expensive if you can't get it locally. Why not start a thread with the title products in Europe? None of us are going to help you like that thread will. | |
