What is the best harness? Ok yorkie lovers....I need some advice on the best harness for my baby that is very small. Thanks so much for all your help! :D:animal-pa |
I use puppias and they are nice but a bit of a pain to get on. In the future I hope to get a silk step in from the member who makes them here. |
I'm having mine done by Cindy, material is silk which helps prevent mating. But I still have to wait to receive it before I critic. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yorkie-products-sale/157626-silk-step-ins-lots-new-color-selections.html . Oh and there custom made you will need to give her measurements. |
I bought whats called a "step-in" harness. The front legs just steps into the harness & hooks on top. No pressure on throat area. |
I too love the step-in they are the best thing ever invented and so no-hassle ;) |
Cindy, Chattiesmom, has a step in harness that is silk which is great, it doesn't mat up the hair. I wouldn't have or use anything else. |

I need to order some more colors... lol |
I love the Buddy Belt; it's made of soft leather, yet it's strong enough to quickly and safely pick up Joey if another dog is running toward him. The metal buckle on the back is easy to operate, I have trouble with those little plastic things where you push one side and it unclasps, so this buckle works great for me, it also has many adjustments, and he can wear it alone or on top of his bulkiest coat. The main reason I love it is because of its looks, I love seeing the chunky silver hardware on his back. It comes in many colors and many different sizes; you pay by the size, so tiny ones are a good deal! Home of 4WeeBeasties - The Buddy Belt™ -Purchase and Size Chart |
